Absolute disaster and most likely a scam website. I waited 4 months for my order, only for the company to cancel it themselves. Since then, I have been waiting for 3 months for a refund that never arrived. Customer support completely ignores all my messages and fails to respond to any urgencies. They are just stalling for time. Stay away from this company! Reporting this to my bank and fraud authorities.
Thank you for the quality of the service. So far, my experience has been very positive. The setup went smoothly and the support team has been responsive and professional whenever I had questions. The numbers are working well and outgoing calls are functioning without any issues. Overall, the service is reliable and easy to use. I’m satisfied with the experience so far and would happily recommend it.

It is a fraudulent company. Cancellation is impossible. The phone line redirects you to their website to open a support ticket, but the tickets either don’t work or remain unanswered. Month after month, your debt keeps increasing. A complete fraud.

Possibly the worst service I've used, inept, out of date, unresponsive customer service, really need to warn other potential users to look elsewhere. The control panel is ancient and clearly not updated in decades, the service constantly goes offline with no reason and you'll only find out when the phone stops ringing and then if you check there will be a known issue that they miraculously fix or just don't fix at all and then ignore your messages completely, disastrous for any business to use
