The only downside is the difficulty of not having a direct representative to communicate with; the support feels a bit too impersonal. If they added a more human touch to their assistance, it would be a full 5-star rating!

Horrible. Im sole trader in spain and they didn't accept my registration for NO reason. This is absurd.
I already sent you a email and you didn't give me any explanation, same response.
I advice to do not use this bank, they are probably scammers.

Non-existent customer service
I made a bank transfer from my Hero corporate bank account to my Italian corporate bank account. After 4 working days the amount is still not arrived and NO ONE REPLIES, by chat or by e-mail. I think I wrote 20 times. Unbelievable. There is no phone number to call or operator to call you back. Shame.
