Portable is a nightmare
The service was fine, but the new patient portal is terribly slow, clunky and is hard to navigate. I am pulling out my hair to get the portal to work - what used to be such a simple ordering process through Pharmacy Direct has now become a real chore!

For the portal, we've tested it extensively and it performs well and reliably for the vast majority of our patients — as with any website, performance can vary depending on your device, browser, and internet connection, and that's usually the cause when things feel slow.

I’ve been with Healing Leaves Clinic for around two years now, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received.
The staff are always really friendly, understanding, and helpful. The nurses are fantastic, and the doctors have always been patient and understanding as well. You never feel judged or rushed, which makes the whole experience much easier.
Contrary to what you might hear in the media, getting started wasn’t necessarily easy, but once I had everything in place and understood the process, it became very straightforward. Since then, I’ve had absolutely no problems.
I also really appreciate how regularly they update their stock and maintain such a good variety of options. It’s clear that they put effort into looking after their patients and keeping things running smoothly.
After two years with Healing Leaves Clinic, I’m a very happy customer and would definitely recommend them.

The process is seamless from booking to screening and talking with the nurse and Dr who answers any questions or concerns that you may have. Right through to delivery of the medication is very good and would say to anyone who is not too sure about how to go about seeking this type of medication for help. Just book it as the process will resolve any questions you may have and make you feel better about seeking this type of medication. You are in good hands all the way through.

“Professional, Patient and Genuinely Helpful”
A difficult situation turned into a very positive experience after speaking with Nikita, the head nurse. She took the time to listen properly, understand my concerns and work through them with me patiently and professionally. Most importantly, I came away feeling heard and confident about how future orders, communication and appointments will be handled. Good healthcare service is about communication and trust as much as administration, and Nikita restored my confidence in continuing with Healing Leaves. Fabulous team to deal with.
Easy to book an appointment. The staff are very supportive and take you through the process leaving you with no question unturned.
They are delightful people who are also very professional - I have recommended them to a friend as the experience is so smooth and fast.

Faulty Product
After sending back a faulty vape pen had someone ring me and accused me of being a liar,
The product was faulty with no call from these people.
Avoid this one and they charge for everything so do
your homework better ones out there.
Update now there saying I’ve got the wrong company I have the number and message saying who he was from and when you ring the number you get Healing Leaves.

They scam you with massive fees to leave them !!!!! Never mentioned once verbally just hidden in fine print. They do this to trap you and prevent you from receiving medical help. The most Putrid way to extort people who just need their medication. I will be passing this information on to every medical marijuana forum and website I can find to prevent any more victims of these crooks. Amazing how I have left 3 clinics and never been charged for a dismissal notice.

I had a consultation with a doctor because I have trouble to sleep and I told him that the prescribed product makes me think a lot. The doctor assured me the prescribed product would, in his exact words “calm my nervous system down and help me go to sleep.” The night I took it, I couldn’t sleep, my heart was racing, I was struggling to breathe, and had paranoia. I called to talk with them the next day, and they said they couldn’t offer me anything other than a free consultation. When I told the manager I’d share my honest experience online, he said I will cancel all your scripts and ban you from the clinic.
What a way to treat a patient. Now I’m just another number in their system. ZERO care.
I wasted money on this service and almost got a trip to the hospital on return.
Stay away from these guys!

What we can say clearly: at Healing Leaves, decisions to end a clinical relationship or decline further consultations are never made because a patient shares negative feedback, publicly or otherwise. Patients are always free to seek a second opinion, request a review of their treatment, or lodge a formal complaint, and doing so has no bearing on their access to care.
If a staff member said something that came across as a threat to cancel scripts or ban you for speaking honestly about your experience, that doesn't reflect how we expect our team to communicate with patients, and we'd like to look into it properly.
We'd encourage you to contact us directly at info@hlclinics.com.au with your patient reference so we can review what happened — including the consultation notes and the call you mention — and give you a proper response.

I don't know what they have done but it has become a worse experience than before
When I first started with healing leaves product was 24h rarely 48h away - this was when they were using aus post..
Now it's like 3 to 4 days if not a week.
Not only that they've screwed with it again and now if I order on a friday it won't be shipped till the following Monday. You use to beable to buy before 4pm EST and it would be shipped same day.
they have in house all the tracking and buying so now tracking doesn't work ..
Staff are lovely, products the same but service has gone down the drain..

Turnaround times are largely determined by the dispensing pharmacy rather than the clinic directly, so if you're regularly experiencing 3-4 day delays, it's worth discussing directly with your pharmacy or asking us to help transfer you to one with faster fulfilment.
On timing — same-day dispatch isn't guaranteed for orders placed outside standard cut-off windows, so we'd encourage checking cut-off times (usually 12 pm).
We'd also recommend ordering a few days ahead of running out where possible, given dispensing/shipping isn't instant.
Glad the team's service stood out for you — feel free to reach out and we'll help get you sorted with a better setup.

It takes over 8 days for my medication to arrive through my towns pharmacy and that is a wait I have never experienced through any other service I’ve used, they aren’t able to track and let you know when your medication is arriving I am having to change back to my last service due to this.

To clarify, our clinic provides the prescription, but we do not handle the dispensing or shipping of medications. We always recommend a select list of partner pharmacies that we verify have the medication in stock at RRP and can guarantee fast lead times. Because you chose to fulfill this script through an independent local pharmacy, we unfortunately have no visibility or control over their specific tracking and delivery times.
We completely understand why an 8-day wait is unacceptable for your health needs, and we would encourage you to share this feedback directly with that pharmacy. If you ever decide to give us another try, we'd be more than happy to direct your prescription to one of our preferred partner pharmacies to ensure a much smoother experience.

I switched to this clinic because a friend recommended for its practice and easy access. However, after my first consultation I received my scripts, place an order and the closest chemist available for pick up us 40min from my place, which I couldn’t change. I accepted that, place the order and it stayed like “pending” no further explanation on how long it would take to become available. I call for help (which was the highlight of the whole experience, as the Nikita was very helpful and kind to me) but later to find out it would take another 5 days for my medication to be ready. That doesn’t make any sense to me, why I have to pay in advance and still not able to pick up my own medication? Very disappointing.
