Excellent work on new boiler installation
Our boiler (over 20 years old) finally gave up, and choosing Happy Heat was a great decision.
Martin, the owner, visited twice to assess the job properly. Rather than rushing into a replacement, he carefully considered the options, making every effort to keep our existing cupboard and reuse the current flue opening. He recommended a boiler that was the best choice both technically and financially, and it was clear he was focused on finding the right solution rather than the most expensive one.
Communication throughout was excellent. The quote system and regular updates kept us informed at every stage.
On installation day, John and Jack arrived on time and worked incredibly hard. They had the difficult task of removing and reinstalling the cupboard around the boiler, which they handled with great care. Everything was left clean, tidy, and spotless.
During the installation, it became clear that the pump also needed replacing. Lauren and Martin were once again extremely helpful, finding the most cost-effective solution and arranging for the engineers to return the next day to complete the work.
What stood out most was the level of care shown by everyone at Happy Heat. We never felt like just another customer—everyone was professional, honest, friendly, and genuinely focused on achieving the best outcome for us.
I would highly recommend Happy Heat to anyone looking for a trustworthy heating company. A well-deserved five stars.

A company that genuinely care
My recent visit was from Lauren to undertake our annual boiler service. She was so friendly and knowledgeable.
Lauren took the time to explain everything she was doing, gave me the heads up on any future possible maintenance, and gave me confidence that all was working well. She even helped me out by providing some advice on an unrelated plumbing matter.
The best company I've ever used. Happy by name, happy by nature!

Happy Heating are a fantastic company
Lauren visited our home when our boiler completely broke and we needed a new boiler. She talked me through everything we needed and explained everything about the products.
Jamie was our boiler installer and I can’t thank him enough he went above and beyond to fit our new boiler and hive heater all in one day.
All rubbish was removed when Jamie left and there was no mess anywhere Happy Heating did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend them if you need a new boiler or just a repair or service.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Amazing service, Lauren had attended my house before for a quick job but this time when my water went cold at 8am, she was round within 2 hours. She gave me all the options and her honest recommendations, ended up getting a new boiler and best price I could find, including the high tech Hive installation and this power couple came bright and early, service with a smile, talked me through everything and didn't even know my house could be this warm and I'd been suffering and running up my bills for years. Can't recommend enough!

My elderly mother had a huge problem with her combi boiler on a Sunday evening leaving her with no hot water I called the company that evening and they answered the phone straight away.They came out early the next morning .Lauren who came out fixed the problem and went out of her way phoning around suppliers to pick up another part that we didn't expect that was needed and came straight back.As she new my elderley mother couldn't be without hot water.I felt she went above and beyond to make sure my mother had the hot water she needed.Besides being reassuring and professional their rates are very reasonable,I wouldn't hesitate to reccomend Happy Heat to anyone

I got several quotes for the job
I got several quotes for the job. Happy Heat were considerably cheaper than the others. I took a chance and it paid off.
Martin was very professional and efficient. He showed me another problem I had indirectly with the job. He repaired this at no extra cost.
