The very expensive toy arrived broken…
The very expensive toy arrived broken and the decal on the truck was upside down. I sent pictures to customer service explaining I only need the truck replaced not the trailer (they were in separate boxes). It’s not like they were one toy. They were package as two. I explained it was no longer in my possession as my grandson wanted to play with it and took it home. They refused to replace the truck and demanded I return the entire 2 pieces to get what? I just want the truck replaced not the trailer. This was for the Brave and Bold Patriotic truck/trailer. A way over priced toy claiming to be for America’s 250th.
