I am extremely dissatisfied with Hathway Broadband. My Wi-Fi does not work at all, the speed is very slow, and the staff behavior is extremely rude. Especially the staff in Delhi are very disrespectful and unprofessional. I would not recommend this to anyone."

Worst network

The most useless wifi company I have ever seen instead of giving this useless internet u better close your services u know only how to take money without the resources, internet 💩, customer service unstable, wifi range💩

Service is not good at all. Even after raising a ticket, the technicians are not arriving as scheduled, and we have to keep following up repeatedly.

My experience with Hathway has been very disappointing. Other providers offer much better service. Overall, a very bad experience and definitely not recommended.

**Very Disappointing Experience with Hathway Broadband**

I paid for a new Hathway Wi-Fi/broadband connection about 20 days ago. Before taking the payment, I was assured that the connection would be installed.

After waiting for around 20 days and repeatedly following up, I was finally told that a connection cannot be provided at my location in Jogeshwari West, Mumbai – 400102.

What is even more disappointing is that after accepting my payment without properly confirming service availability, I was asked to take a refund. I was then told that the refund would take another 20 days.

Why should a customer wait 40 days when the service was never provided?

Customers should be informed about service availability BEFORE accepting payment.

I am requesting Hathway to process my refund immediately and provide proper resolution.

Very poor experience with the new connection process.

Scammers. Don’t buy their prepaid plan. I was using the service for long enough and the internet speed sucks. It didn’t matter as I used it as a backup connection for my office. I renewed my subscription for 1 year just 2 months back and my office happened to move to a new premises nearby where they do not have their service (Which is their Problem). Still they deny to refund the remaining 10 months subscription money. I was told to submit the router and they will process refund. After taking the router they say they cannot refund. Don’t fall into this trap. Airtel or Jio or any service will refund you for unused months. Even your local vendor will but these snakes want free money.

worst customer service if u will call them there is no number to contact them they have app which has bot which is useless and also in case anytime is there downtime but while renewing plan they will call u 1000 times but while issues there is no any person dont even take this they are worst service providers

Extremely disappointed with Hathway Internet Services in Mumbai. The internet is not working for last 8 days.

It's been over 72 hours since I raised a complaint, and no one has visited or resolved the issue. Repeated follow-ups have been a complete waste of time.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. Hathway is overpriced, highly unprofessional, and appears to have little concern for its customers once the payment is made. Promises of support mean nothing when no action is taken.

I would not recommend Hathway to anyone looking for a reliable internet provider. I'll be sharing my experience across multiple platforms so others are aware of the poor service and lack of accountability.

Very bad at least 3 to 4 days downtime every month. Customer care never takes call. Only AI bot chat gives typical answers not useful at all.

Genuinely dont go with hathway. Payment ho gya but 24 hr se zada ho gya h sales person bolta mera kaam nhi h company m baat kro. Support team is really worst. Call disconnect kr de rhe h baat krte hi. Airtel, jio ka wifi ise krlo but in bekar, irresponsible companies ka wifi use mt kro. No one is taking accountability and ab refund bi nhi kr rhe hathway company. Sales person ko bs sale se mtlb h uske baad wo apko respond hi nhi krega. Very uneducated staff and sales person rahul from noida is literally a shit. 100 calls kri h but no accountability. Mt lena galti se bi inke wifi ko.

Worst customer support. They do not acknowledge your messages and act like bot. When i told one agent that if i will not get any update, i will post the screenshot of oyr messages on social media and he said okay sir. If this is the kind of customer service I will get then i would rather switch to airtel or jio.

One of the worst services I have ever been gone through.
Frequent disconnection and least bother to contact user at the real time to get it resolve.

I am without network from more than 14HRS with no calls and no data usage. Called customer care number and IVR prompt due to network outage in my area.

I will never ever recommend this cheap brand to any of the users.

I AM CUSTOMER OF HATHWAY AND I REALLY HATE THEM FOR THE SERVICES THAT THEY PROVIDE. ITS JUST WASTE OF MONEY. IF ANY ISSUES THEY WILL NOT SORT IT OUT AND THE AGENTS ARE MAKING FUN OF CUSTOMERS WHO ARE CALLING. NO OFFERS FOR LOTAL CUSTOMERS JUST TAKING MONEY FROM US. ITS TOTALLY WASTE. PEOPLE WILL TELL THAT THEY WILL CALL BACK AND RESOLVE THE ISSUE BUT NO CALLS ARE DONE. WFH PEOPLE DO NOT GET THE SERVICES FOR NIGHT SHIFT PEOPLE THEY WILL DEFINITELY GOING TO CUT THE SERVICE EVEN IF UR PAYING CORRECTLY. THEY HAVE DEACTIVATED MY ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION.

I am an existing client of Hathway Broadband. I was duped by sales team twice last month and this current month. I was on 100 mbps plan but from last 2 months I am out on 30 mbps from hathway. This month I told the sales agent before renewing that I was duped and this month please upgrade it back to 100mbps from 30 Last month I raised a ticket complained about misleading call and converting my speed from 100 to 30 mbps no action taken. Think month I clearly explained Anusha that I require 100 mbps to which she asked me to make higher amount of 575 plus taxesI paid 678 rupees but still my connection remains 30 mbps raised a complaint yesterday today agent akshaya called to resolve but nothing happened she was very rude. I think they also hacked my phone without otp they have closed my case.

Bunch of spammer after you cancel the service. They dont even know how to talk. Never go with this company.

The customer service provider Mr Anam Morshed Quaderi doesn't have any manner. He doesn't know how to talk with customer. Unprofessional service provider who cut the call on the face while complaining the network issue.
Pathetic service provider and Hathway network. Will discontinued the service.
