I have not received any money nor am I able to withdraw it from PayPal. I do not have a PAN card so I cannot withdraw the money. What is the logic behind this? This was my hard work of 6 months and I did not get anything, that is why 1 star.

If I could give Honeygain a minus rating, I would! Plain and simply, they have not paid me for the cash-out that I requested over one month ago!
Their only means of customer service communication is via email, which takes forever to receive a response. Their customer service is practically non-existent!! Whenever someone does choose to send a response all they do is pass the buck and tell you to look in your spam folder. Nobody actually does anything to actually investigate!
Honeygain is simply not worth the hassle of trying to get access to the money you've earned.
