Stay away from this shop, they don't refund you, they keep your money for as long as they want and they are arrogant and rude.
The package was returned to you on the 8th. I can send you the screen.

Your order was paid, then modified at your request and subsequently shipped. Your cancellation request came after the parcel had already been dispatched. We therefore need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us before the refund can be completed.
We acknowledge that one of our colleagues gave you inaccurate information by saying that the refund was only waiting to be processed by our accounting department. We apologize for this confusion - the actual reason for the delay is that we are still waiting for the parcel to be returned to us.
We are not intentionally withholding your money. Once the returned shipment is received and processed, the refund will be handled accordingly.

Great stuff, really quick delivery, the only thing I would advise to improve is adding a chat bot, where I can quickly get help with checking if different items fit to one build.

I'm from Hungary and I've ordered from this shop many times. The prices are good, and everything you need is almost always in stock. They offer a lot of payment/delivery options, and they pack your items well.
There was a time when I accidentally ordered the wrong item, but I just called customer support and they were really nice and helpful.
I have a lot of orders from this shop and I've never had a single bad experience, I can highly recommend ordering from here.

Order was processed very quickly. Information provided also was very clear. My only problem was that tracking link did not show any tracking information and when inquired through whatsapp technical agent, they confirmed that the tracking link works, but when i asked them if the parcel has been dispatched from their premises I received no response.
I understand it's out of their control, would've wanted to know that the order has been dispatched, but can also understand that they did not have time or did not want to put in extra effort for such small order, thus 4 stars. Overall would recommend to others and will submit other orders in the future in this shop.

I had a very disappointing experience with Hobbydrone.cz.
My order arrived on 29/03, but it was incomplete. The following items were missing:
The drone itself
4 out of 6 batteries
This is not a minor issue, this is the majority of the order missing.
I contacted customer service immediately, but the response has been very slow and shows no sense of urgency. Despite multiple follow-ups, the issue is still unresolved.
It is now 21/04, and I have:
Not received the missing items
Not received a replacement
Not been reimbursed
For a company operating in the EU, this is unacceptable. The seller is responsible until the full order is delivered, yet this responsibility does not seem to be taken seriously.
Mistakes can happen, but the way this has been handled is the real problem. Communication is slow, vague, and there is no proactive effort to fix the situation.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering here. If something goes wrong, don’t expect a quick or professional resolution.

I ordered a pair of goggles along with three extra antennas.
One antenna was damaged on arival. Another was missing from the order, and a drone antenna was shipped instead.
I also ordered a drone along with two sets of batteries and a charger.
The batteries turned out not to fit, eventhough the site stated that they would.
After contanting him, I managed to convince him to ship the correct items right away, as long as I could provide proof of purchase of return shipping, which I did.
He wouldn't pay return shipping, but offered store credit, eventhough Czech law states he must pay shipping, since he is at fault.
Two days have passed and the items have not shipped.
I am very disappointed since it was a pretty big order, that can't be used because of the wrong batteries.

To clarify the current status of your case, the returned goods have already been refunded. The only outstanding matter is the reimbursement of the €20 return shipping cost, which is still pending on our side. We sincerely apologize for the delay.

I purchased an item from these people but the delivery people they used were very unreliable but when contacted about non delivery I received answer they would resend parcel with a different courier I would recommend this company to anyone.

April 27 i made a purchase on their site, that has been shipped 2 days later.
They sent it trough a polish company that gave it to HRP to make the delivery in Italy.
May 7 HRP stated a false delivery on their tracking, i tried to reach them for days with no results at all, then i notified the problem to Hobby Drone as they are by law the only ones that could actually interact with the carrier customer service.
They told me to wait for a response from the carrier, avoiding to answer clearly to my many mails until today, when they stated that the delivery has been signed.
Lucky me they have been so naive to send me a copy of the receipt, with a very false signature on it.
Too bad my signature is present on a very large number of documents, as I did show to them by sending a copy of my ID with my signature on it (very different from the one on the document they have).
They just messed with me for a month, making the scenario even worse, cause i have not just been robbed of my money, but i still need the stuff i needed more than one month ago.
I don't blame them for the problem itself but they got all they need to get a refund from the delivery company, that's what they should do, and then refund me; this is how things work.
EDIT: it took a couple of months and a lot of e-mails, but they did refund me of my money.

Good choice on the website, but I received mulfunctioned FPV goggles. It took more than 2 weeks to get a response from the support and a month more to get the replacement.

Great stock of drone related hardware, especially if you are looking for Radiomaster or Holybro (Pixhawk) products. Finally a store in EU where you can find everything you need to build almost any kind of autonomous or FPV drone.
They dispatched everything very quickly, all information & communication was in english (I'm not from CZ), and the delivery was quick as well (again, outside of CZ).
I'll definitely return.
