BAD! BAD! BAD! never updates! NO response from customer service (probably have no idea what that is..) NO refunds. had to contact Paypal to claim my money back. AVOID!

They shipped me a broken record
They shipped me a brand new broken record (still sealed but damaged), refused to replace it or refund me, and blamed it on the postal service.
It cost me 465,- sek..
Now I have a broken pre-ordered record that's wothless to any collector.
Very bad experience, would not recommend ordering from here.

Bought a vinyl Lp from Hot stuff and I live in Scotland and wasn’t to sure about how long it would take a Lp to come from Sweden as it takes some British suppliers over a week but to my delight it arrived in perfect condition Thanks for the great service
