Perfectly fine handling as usual. There was one minor issue with a pickguard I have ordered which arrived slightly bent. Probably some additional cardboard stiffeners could have prevented this from happening. Nevertheless, the customer service was very helpful and friendly too but in the end I could resolve the issue on my own.

Overall pretty good though parcel tracking was a bit hit and miss .. also small item missing in box but have been told its being replaced. English as an option would be nice even though Im in Austria its obvious my preffered language is English but all emails in German

I received a B-stock product which wasn't exactly as described, as it had more scratches and blemishes than expected. I contacted the customer service and they offered me a partial refund PLUS a special discount for my next purchase.

My order was already packaged and handed to the courier an hour after I ordered! Unfortunately, the package ripped on it’s way and the guitar picks fell out. Although this is GLS’ fault, I contacted kytary and they sent me the missing picks right away!
Will definitely order here again, but choose Post and not GLS as courier, it’s worth the extra money.

good service, quick transportation, cheap price
one thing to note, the guitar that was send had a buzzing low E string and the first fret was a little rough at the edges. So i had to adjust it a litte.
