I tried the kurk product for 8 weeks. Unfortunately it didn't make a difference to my arthritis pain so I cancelled my subscription. They were polite but asked MULTIPLE times to reconsider etc eventually we got there.

Poor Customer Service
I have been a KURK customer almost since their inception and I would give them 5 stars for the supplement all day long.
My problem is I have emailed Customer Service twice in the past month. One to advise them of a change of email address - I tried to do this on the KURK portal without success - and once because it seems they have ignored my first email. They have not responded to my second email either.
As a consequence I am unable to access my account. There seems to be no order history or subscription details.
I have no idea when, or if,my next delivery is due and I used the last dose of my current bottle today.
This is a poor way to be treated for being a loyal customer for many years.
Let’s hope they read their TrustPilot reviews and I get a response soon.

The understanding and support is wonderful
I had given Kurk a low rating because my hip pain did not improve. Kurk offered me a full refund.
Then I had an MRI and it turns out I had a torn muscle as well as osteoarthritis. Now I am headed for surgery. I told Kurk this - because it was not the fault of Kurk that my pain didn't get better. Even so, their responses have been compassionate and I've gratefully accepted free Kurk. I will definitely continue Kurk once my surgery is over.

Poor measuring dropper and weaker Kurk.
I have subscription to receive two 90ml bottles every 4 months.
My last order that I received and started to use yesterday 21/8/26 is different from the previously purchased bottles.
New bottle measuring dropper is smaller and it does not measure 1ml (precisely) like the old measuring dropper and IT IS A WEAKER Kirk solution!
Why would you change anything when customers are so happy with your product.
I am just disappointed that nothing good stays the same these days.
Sorry but I do not like the new dropper and the mixture. My only hope is that your wonderful Kirk works just as it has been before.
May be I need to use double the mixture and that would cost me more of course.
