Ok, so when we bought a Roland electric piano ten years ago in the UK, they sold it to us that we are getting a piano for life, once a Roland customer always a Roland customer. Bear with me, this will need a little background! So, I am running a small grass-roots cultural centre and yesterday a big concert with a musician from the US, and at the sound check it was a disaster: he kept accidentally switching on the metronome with his expressive playing style. He was frustrated, I felt terrible and I had two hours to solve this. After searching the internet and my house for the old manual, I ended up googling where they sell Rolands in Vienna and found Klangfarbe. I told them the crazy story and the lady, I think she was called Susanne, said, ok, I get it we are on it. She phoned two different colleagues, and then within 5 minutes they dug up the old manual for me and told me how to lock the panel. They truly went out of their way to help me even though I am not even strictly speaking their customer! So, hence the 5 *s! :-) Thank you guys!

the goods purchased were good. but the delivery is simply (GLS) terrible - I did not receive any notifications that the package had been delivered to the pick-up point, and only after I manually checked the status of the package and saw where it was. Pickup Point Appeared 25 minutes from my house. on delivery days I was at home all day and there was no attempt to deliver the goods personally (I live in Vienna) - it immediately went to the pickup station
