Beware - Kirby doesn't have family-friendly policies or a Covid-safe policy for vulnerable children. They bury their cancellation policies in terms and conditions to take money off families who give adequate notice of absences, yet are still charged the full amount. We loved the staff and the instructors. It's a shame that a children-oriented business can't create a safe, family-friendly business.
