Really good service. Item was pristine like new. It arrived on time and return was really simple. Was a lot cheaper than buying item and using it once. Unfortunately I misplaced part of the item and was expecting a big bill but they only charged me a very reasonable price and they were understanding. Would definitely use again and recommend to anyone!

Very easy to order, there's a WhatsApp account I can talk to and a useful YouTube video to help me figure out what I wanted to hire. The delivery came early and I could get started early, and a really good way to try out a bike trailer. Amazing service love it

We hired an all terrain pushchair for our 2 year old grandson and it made such a difference to our family holiday, enabling some lovely outings.
We appreciated: Very clear terms and conditions for hiring equipment. Contracting, payment, delivery and return pick up, all were well organised, easy to understand. Everything worked well. Great attention to detail.
The equipment was of a high technical standard and in excellent condition.

Everything from delivery to collection was great.
Only reason now 5 is that our dog didn’t like it and that’s not their fault.
We could have trained our dog to ‘use it’ but in retrospect that would have taken a few weeks, and we only rented this lot financially viable.

Bike axle to enable a trailer to be attached.
Purchased a replacement axle. Item arrived in just a couple of days and was exactly as described, so it was fitted in just a few minutes with no problems. Excellent!

It made travelling with our 2 girls to Disneyland Paris so much easier! One of our girls is autistic so having the wagon meant she was safe and able to get around without impacting on her safety.
