Absolutely exceptional service from Keylink, 5 stars is nowhere near enough. I experienced a technical issue when placing my order and was on a tight deadline. I always come away smiling not just because I have ordered some amazing chocolate at a great price but have had the opportunity to speak to Lynne the customer advisor who I can now ask for. She knows my preferences and choices. Gives me information about other products that I might like and sends a couple of samples for new flavours. Lynne also helped me navigate the new payment system which demostrated her incredible patience! All the team are friendly, helpful and know their stuff but its good to have the continuity of one person. I can highly recommend Keylink always gives great service. Thank You.
