We had a small issue with a roof window from Keylite which they have sorted out immediately and without any issues or questions at all. Lee came along to sort it out for us and he was really helpful and friendly, going out of his way to get our window and integral blind back up and running again perfectly. Many thanks Lee.

Keylife were very responsive when I needed a spare part. Quick and clear response and easy to find what I needed on the website. Good value and prompt delivery. New part fitted easily.

Our rooflights are 20 years old so trying to make sure of the size we needed was a bit stressful in case we got it wrong but otherwise an entirely positive experience and very plesed with the blinds which work a treat

My builder found the window easy to install and to date there have been no issues despite some recent extreme weather so all looks good for long term future use. The blind kit I ordered also proved to be well engineered and fairly simple to fit.

The blackout blinds I purchased for my old Keylite windows both fit and work perfectly. A great product at a reasonable price.

Poor quality product & poor service
Contractors struggled to fit roof window blind instructions not easy to follow,blind can't be opened or closed with the pole you need to use a ladder which defeats whole object,blind won't close fully and material is coming away from sides.Poor design.Customer services say it must have been fitted incorrectly try loosening screws should relieve problem absolute nonsense,Had Velux window previous so should have stuck with them.Dont waste your money

Recent engineer visit to fix an electric roof light which had stopped working.
Really good customer experience from initial remote troubleshooting by customer support team, through to arranging engineer visit and to visit itself.
Very professional at every step and got problem sorted without any fuss.

Left pretty disappointed with customer care. Contacted Keylite to find what size blinds I needed with the code on the window they told me 01. Ordered blinds from a company and they were the wrong size. Got in touch with Keylite and said the size code can’t be right to which they admitted it should be 04. Said well you’ve cost me 100 euro with your wrong information as blinds are non return with most companies. Never heard back from them. Thanks for being useless

From looking, all your serial numbers are 9 digits so if it had been short it would be invalid.

The customer service from Keylite has been exceptional. I was lucky enough to be connected with Alicia when I called. She took complete ownership of my issue and followed up via email. It’s very rare to find somebody who goes above and beyond to resolve issues.

Overall a very happy customer and glad I’ve gone with the Keylite brand - I am reassured that they’ll continue to take care of me in future. Thank you for all of your help Alicia.

Alicia has been incredibly helpful with all my queries and was able to quickly arrange a collection and refund when I accidentally ordered the wrong size. She replies promptly and makes my experience of ordering from Keylite really positive.

Having bought 6 new Keylight roof windows for our home this summer, we are so pleased with them and are enjoying a clear view of the sky and trees around our house. The blinds were delivered quickly, and when one of them was damaged during delivery, customer service in the hands of Alicia Chan sorted out a replacement immediately. Would thoroughly recommend.

We ordered a KYL01 Loft Ladder which was dispatched and received promptly. Unfortunately this was damaged on arrival and a replacement was swiftly sent, which unfortunately arrived damaged too.
A third was swiftly dispatched, additional packaging was used and it arrived safe and sound today.
Keylites customer service was excellent, the problem was definitely the couriers.
We have purchased multiple items on the past and will continue to do so.
As a trade customer I would say there are a couple of things that could be improved overall.
A downloadable invoice for your purchases, rather than having to email to ask for one.
A better system for ordering spare parts. It can be a lengthy process when dealing with Keylite direct. We have also on occasion been advised to order via a third party supplier who invariably add on an excessive charge which can mean a £10 part costs £55 or more.
However let me reiterate for quality we would not install anything else in our clients homes.

Brilliant customer service. I needed a replacement part for my attic stairs. Fast, efficient, and super easy to interact with. Other companies could learn a lot this.
