We stayed in a beautiful apartment where a baby cot was available upon request. Unfortunately, the cot was not there when we arrived. According to Keyone, it could still take some time. We ended up buying one ourselves.
There were also some issues with the apartment due to the amount of use it has had. For example, some of the doors and windows were difficult or impossible to close. The refrigerator does work, but very slowly. It takes about a full day before two 1.5-litre bottles are properly chilled. It is a shame for an apartment that looks good, is spacious, and has a lot of potential.
Communicating with Keyone feels like giving feedback without anything actually being done about it. They also say they will come by to make repairs, but then they don't show up. You are constantly being kept waiting and given promises that are not followed through. This is very disappointing and takes away from the enjoyment of your holiday.
On the positive side, the online check-in worked very well. The apartment is spacious and in a good location.

I did not like that no left to take the pet bags up to the their floor
Also there is no washing machine and no iron
Moreover there is only one toilet for the bedroom
But the good thing there is a car park and nice view from the flat

We didn't get our room as promised. They aren't replying to emails.👎👎👎

Book something else - they don’t care for clients. Booked a stay for 4 adults in Finkenberg - when we arrived there was just one bed for 2 people. No bedding, no pillow no duvet for person 3 and 4. There was a broken sofabed that could only open 2/3 - so useless. Called hotline - but nothing could be done. 2 people sleep on the floor on a duvet - DISASTREOUS.

We made them aware immediately that this was ‘NOT OK’ and that we would claim a refund for 1 out of 2 nights.

Spoke to other clients at the hotel about our experience and they also would never return as they described it as a ghost hotel with no people.

We paid close to 500 EUR - they offered us 20 EURO in refund. What a joke.

Not s serious business at all.

Terrible to reach, providing wrong information. We would get a seperate bedroom but it was all just one space. They have no knowledge of hospitality or what they are selling at all plus they dont seem to care either.

We were sleeping in the "luxurous apartment", as per their description with a mold on the wall, mold in the bathroom. After two nights it created some health disturbances. We tried to reach agreement on partial reimbursement in line with hotels practices using sa called Frankfurt table as a guidance. Whole reservation costed us 6750 euro while we got offered of 50 improved to 80 euro refund after discussion.

Everything was perfect, super accommodation.

The apartment is beautifully furnished and very well equipped – you have everything you need. The location is excellent, and the cleanliness is outstanding. Highly recommended!

Location was amazing. Just 2min walk to ski shuttle and family run. The room was spacious, clean and cozy. Bed really comfortable. We arrived quite late but the they were so nice at the information desk. They offered to get us some stuff from bakery for breakfast and offered us any help if we needed.
We will definitely save the place and hope to stay again while visiting nearby ski resort.

The flat was wonderful, clean and beautifully decorated and equipped.

Everything was fine, in good order, the house was beautiful, well-equipped and clean, great view from the terrace and garden tub, great sauna, the fireplace was amazing, I recommend it 100%, we will definitely come back there, I am saving this place in my favorites,

A beautiful landscape and proper accommodation. First contactless check-in, it was realy hard to find the keybox. A map of the keybox location would be great.

The apartment is very cosy and nice. We really enjoyed the sauna and the fact that the apartment is quite big, so we had enough space! What was a little disappointing was the fact that for four days and five people, we only got 3 half used toilet paper rolls, which we ran off the second day. Also, we could use more dishwasher cleaning tablets, which you provided only 3 pcs. Therefore we had to wash dishes by hand which uses more water. Also, i dont know if this is an austrian thing, but once we opened windows to vent a little, a low of insects came inside. The apartment would therefore benefit if it had nets on the windows to prevent the insects to come inside. Overal, the stay was really cosy and nice. Thank you.

Very nice apartment with nice balcony. The kitchen is well equipped and the apartment was very clean when we arrived. We would definitely recommend to stay here. Only improvement could be a bit more information at arrival about where to find the key and the entrance to the apartment.

Great location! Beautiful scenery from balcony. Check in was easy- room was clean and modern- would stay here again!

From check-in to the end of the stay, everything was a super experience. Easy to reach, and the landlord in the building next door was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
