I purchased a hot water bottle and cover as a gift for a friend at Christmas, but made a mistake in the shipping address. When I realised I entered the wrong address, I sent an email and Szilvia picked it up right away, dealt with it kindly and efficiently. My friend said the wool is superb and loved her gift.

Feels like wearing a work of art. The way the colours are harmonised is like where the sky meets the sea.

I bought some lovely crafted mitts for my mother. They were so beautifully wrapped and presented that my mother almost didn't want to open them! I picked up the mitts from Szilvia at Knitluxe Studio as I'm only 20 minutes away. Communication with Knitluxe was stress free and excellent. The whole buying experience was a breeze. You can tell that Szilvia cares about her craft and her customers, because on meeting her, I really felt valued as a customer. The Knitluxe product designs are fabulous.

I have been lusting after another piece from Knitluxe and am absolutely delighted with my Elowen beret. As always, the quality and attention to detail is truly evident - The ribbing around the head is comfortably snug and keeps my ears warm on long winter walks.

I really love this new colourway, it makes me feel uplifted wearing it - I've had lots of complements on it too. I will always use and recommend Szilvia's products highly; there's something very special knitted into them.
