Fast attention as we began our search of the store for the product we wished to purchase. The sales assistant brought the item down from upstairs storage and we were on our way home quickly. No complaint on help or advice on item bought at a special reduced price on sale.

I was looking for a washer, and two gentlemen helped me very handsomely, took me right to where my item was, it was great. I wish that I remembered or noted their names. I LOVE KMS TOOLS AND EQUIPMENT COQUITLAM!! I really needed that little washer and they had it and now my CO2 regulator in my kegerator works and I can drink my homebrew. Thank you KMS.

My new AS186 air compressor developed an issue with the pressure gauge shortly after I received it. After contacting customer support, Moe Sran guided me through the warranty process with professionalism and genuine care.

He reviewed the information and videos I sent, kept me updated throughout the process, and arranged for a replacement compressor. The communication was always prompt, friendly, and helpful. I especially appreciated that he expedited the replacement shipment, which made the process much faster than I expected.

Warranty claims can sometimes be stressful, but Moe made everything straightforward and easy.

This company and this location is Complete joke. 40 employees standing around talking with 2 customers in the store buying nothings I went in for 3 times and found none of them. Went to Greggs Distributing and had all 3.
Kms will be in Chapter 11 by next year.
Why are you building more stores?
Over priced junk that has nothing in stock. Disppointing to say the least. Wont return to another store for anything ever. Maybe Deloitte should take a look.

I've shopped at KMS since the 90's and have always appreciated their selection and pricing. My latest purchase was a Makita cordless hammer drill, I ordered it online which was my only option. When I picked it up, the entire kit was in a ziploc rather than a box. Everything was there, just no box. Very unusual for a new tool, I'm guessing display model.

David from sales helped me out huge! Put a lot of work into pricing out a complete new contractors setup. Will purchase everything from KMS because of David.

Talked to CSR about Milwaukee promotion, was knowledgeable & friendly. Wish that I could get my tools b4 3-4 weeks because of backlog that I didn’t know it was so long.

Needed some wood polish they showed me theirs but not what I wanted. Staff then went to a computer found the item online with a different company. WOW that's service

I ordered 2 products from KMS Calgary.
1 was available immediately, while the second would be transferred from another store in a week or so. KMS had no problem holding the first until the second arrived requiring only one trip to pick up both at the same time.
Might be a common courtesy but I appreciated it nonetheless.
Pricing was also good.

I purchased the cross cut sled rails and the guide rail (adjustable). I glued and screwed and clamped on my saw table for flattness. I'm just saying, it's dead...absolutely.....dead flat and square. No light through my trusted square either, I mean dead flat and square. I also purchsed the adjusable rails, which took me 3 minutes to fit in place and adjust. Super tight fit, but smooth as butter sliding through the rails with zero slop. I've stuggled to make a sled that was accurate, but this worked, and flawlessly. Super easy to set up, and incredibly accurate. All my issues solved for perfect cross cuts. Best money I've ever spent! I highly recommend as the parts are so precise, and makes it simple to do. Amazing how truely good and accurate these are. I can't say enough how dead flat and perfect these really are! Don't waste your time or money trying, just do it, you'll be very happy and will probably save time and money too, like me!
