Was very impressed on delivery and due to a problem on my end, they very quickly resolved the issue with a very quick response and with the lengthy journey it arrived with no hassle.
As for the machine very nice, simple and built to do all the work it needs to do in the garden in the current years to come. The brush cutter and strimmer end made light work to the rough overgrown end of my garden.
Looking forward to owning other tools from this company

I ordered the CTXL-900 wagon and the rain cover for it recently both great products and great quality! If you have little ones I’d definitely recommend the wagon it’s great, lightweight , sturdy. Fast delivery aswell.

I have had my order refunded for no reason, with no explanation as to whether my order was cancelled and why and if I am able to reorder. I emailed Fuxtec to ask what was happening but did not receive an answer, but did receive an email asking me to review the item I have not reviewed. Poor customer communication.

Bought an engine water pump for over 100 pounds and doesn’t even pump without water being forced through it from another pump so I will be happily sending this pile of junk back to your place. Get better at making pumps

Awful can't get spare parts in the UK (fx-mph 126 hedge trimmer). I have emailed Fuxtec, they are not even willing to advise me on where I may be able to get spare parts.
I used the machine a total of 6 times over 18 months and the recoil starter spring has deformed meaning I can't start the machine. It's easily replaced if you can get the parts or know the parts dimensions/serial numbers, Which Fuxtec won't provide. Ill have to buy a new machine now, Hyundai parker brand and Stihl all are easy to get parts for in the UK for anyone looking to buy. I'll never use these Fuxtec clowns again no respect for Customers.

We have a 4 seated wagon we use almost daily instead of a car! We are now on our second one actually because our son broke the roof bit and general wear and tear.
We would be absolutely lost without our wagon it goes everywhere and we have 4 kids so it really gets a battering! We had the last one for two years and its still usable and the new one is great. Shipping was great and had a slight issue with dhl but was resolved quickly and not fuxteks fault and they did reply to me quickly but the issue was resolved by that time.

First they sent faulty batteries (with boxes clearly opened before).
Then they never generated the return label.

Criminal behavior!

Very quickly delivered , excellent quality, super discount (-33%). Because of this we upgraded to a 500 instead of a 350. I told the friend who recommended hers to us, and she went and bought two new ones herself!

I had a lawnmower Feburary last year but unfortunately it broke down, i contacted the team at FUXTEC to see if it was under warranty and it was, they were very helpfully and they replaced it with a brand new mower and it come a couple days after contacting the team at fuxtec.

Terrible customer service , spent over £400 on a 4 seater cart for my grandchildren and after 5 uses , one of the poles that holds up the sunshade snapped . Tried to buy a replacement but nothing in stock and told they don’t know when they will be back in , still selling the carts so not sure why it isn’t possible to get a replacement pole ! The cart will be useless this summer without the canopy to protect the children !! Asked for manager contact but no response !!

The product is good. The customer support is terrible. As a customer, you better hope to god your product doesn't show any unusual defects, because their provided warranty is completely useless. They have shipped me a defective product, but they magically don't have spare parts. I would need to send the product ( a full boulder cart) at my own expense to another country, where they will subjectively review whether this defect falls under warranty (they were already covering their asses via email, so I can guess where this process will end up).

One of the worst customer services I have had the misfortune to deal with. DO NOT BUY FROM FUXTEC.

We were so happy with a small push lawnmower from Fuxtech when it came to replacing our large mower we chose them. After a few months we had a minor problem with the side mulcher. We would have been happy with just a replacement mulcher but they asked us to return and fixed the whole thing in less than 10 days - excellent customer service and very responsive

FX-RM2060PRO, barely used it because I was never happy with it. Strong engine but cutting grass very high, drive push was not catching properly so I was not even in the mood to use it. The structure is extremely fragile, handle broke at one side. Terrible quality! Would never buy anything from this brand. In a nutshell, it just looks nice.
