FRAUD, wrong part, return policy against Italian law
I ordered a part for my Golf 7 from F&P CRASH SRLS. The ordering process via WhatsApp was fast, and delivery was reasonably quick. However, the part they sent was for a completely different vehicle.
When I tried contacting them, the person I spoke to was rude and unhelpful — the interaction felt like dealing with someone utterly overworked and indifferent. After payment, they completely ghosted me when I reported the issue.
It appears they run a scam: send whatever scrap parts they have, then ignore requests for reimbursement or make returning the item practically impossible (e.g., insisting on original packaging and then refusing refund). Also to be noted that you will have to upfront the fee to return the item.
Bottom line: Horrible service, deceptive practices. I would not trust this company and caution anyone ordering from them.
Edit after company reply:
Their response is as nonsensical as their service. They claim I "never accepted the package" and yet somehow also "swapped the entire suspension in front of the delivery guy." Think about that for a second — if I didn’t accept the part, how could I magically replace it on the spot? Their reply just underlines the kind of tactics they use: deny, deflect, and try to smear the customer instead of taking responsibility. Stay alert — this is not a company you want to deal with.

Completely untrue review. The customer did not even accept the package; instead, he exchanged the product for his own, defrauding us.
