Ordered same day delivery , waited until the afternoon to tell me they couldn't supply my order. This was a gift for my anniversary, I wouldn't use this company again total let down. Not even a phone number that you can speak to someone on.

Two separate orders. The company took payment for both orders then quickly advised that there were no florists available in the area and also a shortage of flowers - in both areas !!. Over 2 weeks ago and no reply to emails nor anyone answering their phone. Terrible service. Will never order from them again.

I placed an order via Interflora the market leaders in getting flowers but somehow my order got diverted to this company who I have never used called Flower Shops Network. Bought a beautiful bunch for my best friends mother who had just passed away. Ordered same day delivery and 11 days later, NOTHING! No email replies, waiting on their stupid queue three times for over 47 minutes. Don't use this company, if I had seen the trust pilot reviews I would never have placed my order. Sham company!

Late delivery, I stipulated a morning delivery. Stashed behind the bins, happy Ruby anniversary.... not. Shit show.

I ordered some flowers in a basket for my wife using the site. I received an email saying that it would not be arriving that day it would be delivered the next day which I said was ok the next day I received another email saying we have run out of baskets and will have to find a tin to put the flowers in when they arrived some were going brown and it arrived in a tiny tin and they reconed that was worth £77 not a chance total rubbish I will not use it again.

i was advised there were no shops open on the Monday to allow for delivery- seems a major encumbrance to providing a service.

The flowers were lovely once a delivery actually did take place a few days later.

Disappointed that my same day delivery took 4 days to be delivered…

The size of the flowers were absolutely disgusting saying the money paid. Also, the wrong bouquet was sent, nothing like the one ordered. Emailed multiple times and absolutely no response, it was an embarrassment to have to give these as a gift. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! MONEY GRABBERS.

Quick to reply to emails wish they were as quick to give me my money back.

I wish I had read this before placing an order this morning. Took my money then they cancelled my order a couple of hours later telling me I would have to wait 5-10 days for my money back. Awful. Avoid

would give zero if I could. ordered flowers for same day delivery and received confirmation or order, and thats where the story ends. No attempt at delivery, no contact, no answer to telephone calls.

Strangley they can very rapidly answer an email, and pretend to send you evidence of an outgoing email with no email headers or evidence it was actually sent.

Ordered flowers for my partners 50th. Wanted Interflora, but this was a sponsored ad, and i didn't notice. My fault, but that's how they get you!
Was notified on the day at 1415 that no florists were able to fulfill the order, so they can try again tomorrow or refund. The card in the flowers was meant to match up with his birthday card, and be a whole thing, but obviously that didn't happen. Very disappointed
2 stars only for communication, but I won't use them again.

Flowers were ordered well in advance for delivery on a particular Tuesday. An e-mail message appeared after midday on Tuesday to advise that no florist could complete the order today.

Had I been made aware of this with a bit more notice, I would have simply gone to a local florist and selected something from stock. My order was completed the following day.

The flowers themselves were very good, exactly what I had wanted. Unfortunately, the experience was a bit soured by not having them delivered on the required day.

Absolutely distrustful! They never delivered the flowers I ordered and payed for, and never responded to my inquiries.

Flowers were delivered on time today. A smooth process and my sister in law is very very happy.
I marked 4 stars because one type of substitute flowers were used which I didn't expect and they are not as pretty as the proposed bouquet. This is noted on the website though that this can happen.

Absolutely disgraceful way to run a company.
Dropshippers of the flower world, promising same day delivery but not honouring their claims.
No response from customer service and will have to seek refund through my bank.
Avoid these charlatans at all costs.
Amatuer and unprofessional.
Only got 1 star as there is no option to leave 0.

The company failed to deliver flowers, they couldn’t find a florist. I tried to call, but after being first in the queue a number of times, the phone dies when you get to the front.
I would highly recommend Interflora

Couldn't deliver my order, received an email to advise, fair enough these things happen. Still waiting on the refund after 4 weeks (Ordered 16.06.26)...chased twice
