Unprofessional service and lack of accountability – not recommended!
I replaced the screen of my iPhone 12 three weeks ago. From the start, the display was acting up — flashing, and by the third day, it only showed a tilted Apple logo and then went black. The phone stopped working.
I went to file a complaint, especially since Apple often states that issues with the ribbon cable (taśma) can come from improper screen replacement. Unfortunately, the service center rejected my claim, saying the phone was wet or humid — without providing any evidence. I was forced to pay again for a new cable.
Instead of taking responsibility for a possible installation fault, they blamed me. This is very unprofessional and discouraging. I definitely do not recommend this service.
