I ordered a Fox 3m Glider and had it imported to the UK from FlashRC, Emmanuelle was great at communicating in all aspects of the order. I did pay more than I want for the product due to import costs but, the customer service made up to that loss. 5 Stars all round in my opinion.

Still waiting on my warranty response, it’s been more than a month and no answer to any of my emails . No solution was offered so far.

You should be aware that DJI is sharing GPS coordinates to Russian military with its Aeroscope system and use it to kill Ukrainians. We urge you to BAN and STOP selling DJI products. Do not sponsor the war and deaths of children. Ukrainian children and peaceful civilians are dying every day! Block DJI products until the company leaves russian market, stops helping guide Russian lethal missiles by providing GPS coordinates.

BE AWARE!!!! Really bad company. BE AWARE!!!!! Listed on a UK site - no mention that item would be coming from France. Item arrived... 4 months later, I'm hit with import and customs charges of £213!!! That's on top of a the £512 for the RC car itself; plus £193 for charger pack + P&P of £22 - so total of £940!! Does £22 P&P suggest that it is coming from abroad?!

TOTAL RIP -OFF SELLER - DO NOT TRUST.

You have a year and 1 day to return an item, if the company does not list the product accurately - but with them, even when you go through the European Court, they won't do the right thing and accept return of item, and provide refund.

Excerpt of reply to us, from the European Court: Unfortunately despite our best efforts, they (Flash RC/ Tech & Hobby) have 'refused' to accept the claim, for either a return of the purchased item (still as new, and boxed) or, to meet the import charges. They argue that you were made aware, of all necessary information on placing the order from Amazon.co.uk, about the customs fees applicable for all orders above £150, and a check on the sellers profile would have shown that they are based in France.

The man from the European Court goes on to say, "We understand that this might not have necessarily been the case, but it was clear from our engagements, that there is absolutely no prospect, of an amicable resolution to this issue, with this business, through our intervention.... Please be advised, that as an advice service, we do not have any important powers, and can not make a trader accept our views, or respond to our letters. As the company is unwilling to cooperate with us, we can not offer any further direct asistance. For more information on how to take action against the business, in the country where they are baseds, you can consult the eJustice portal, or seek independant legal advice.

This is my second order from FlashRC. I ordered a TurboTimber + 2x4000mAh Batteries. FlashRC had opened the Turbo timber packaging, breaking the protective foam inside. They placed the 2 heavy battery (bricks), inside the open cavity designed to protect the most vulnerable part of the plane; the tail wing. They also did not put it properly back into the box, so that i had to cut open the entire box to get the foam block out.
The tail piece was bent and dented from the heavy batteries moving around freely in the cavity. This is completely unacceptable. My first order also came with a bent tail piece. 2 orders damaged by FlashRC. Well done.
I wont be using your services ever again.
