An absolute fake company.
Multiple emails after I have received a reel that not working well. Zero response.
Avoid them!

Out of the seven lures I ordered, only four arrived. After contacting customer service, I was told they made a mistake and would send the remaining three. We even agreed on buying completely different colors than the ones that originally arrived. However, reading all the reviews now and seeing so many dissatisfied people, I'm just glad that all seven lures arrived in the end, even though the colors don't match at all. I do not recommend this shop

Waiting longer than 2 weeks for my package and received not one single answer on 3 E-Mails. My package is laying at the GLS depot since 1 week

Ordered a feeder rod for my brother's birthday, I left it in the cardboard tube it was delivered in and wrapped it
The day of my brother's birthday arrived with family and friends gathered for his 60th, when he opened the rod the cloth bag its supplied in had a minimum of 13 big rips and holes in it, it was really dirty, the feeder rod tips were missing as well very embarrassing present to give in front of a crowd
After emailing this crap company and never getting a reply I contacted PayPal which was my payment source, this crap company would not respond to them either so PayPal made the decision to refund me otherwise it would have been a complete loss of money and a fishing rod that is no use without the feeder tips
The company obviously doesn't care about its customers as you could plainly see the rod bag was ripped to bits and covered in dirt so why send it in the first place except for the fact they won't give you your money and don't care if you complain as they won't reply yet can spend time on the internet checking their new orders
Do yourself a favour and buy from somewhere else or risk losing your money

Waiting 3 weeks for my order without any update, after this time my order was cancelled. Never more ! Beware of this unprofessional people

1) Placed order then got a scammy looking email asking me to pay for it directly by bank transfer to a foreign account

2) The website has since sold my phone number and information to third parties over the next 2 days I have Received over 100 scam texts all from separate numbers regarding PCN Parking tickets with multiple threats sent from scammers over texts

I ordered 5 lures weeks ago, I received yesterday only 2 lures in my parcel. No reply to my emails or messages on their chat. Bad experience! This is a scam, reported to the police and the bank for a refund.

Avoid like the plague. I waited patiently for a refund. I gave them ample time, but to no avail. Now I am out of pocket. I didn't even receive the goods I paid for.

I ordered a spinning rod at a very reasonable price, I received confirmation emails about the order and delivery, I received the package within 1 week. The packaging was fine, the rod arrived undamaged, there were no problems.

I purchased a moderately expensive (£100) reel from this company after finding them online whilst comparing prices in order to get a good deal. These were the cheapest around.
It wasn’t until after placing the order, I read several negative reviews and thought I may have made a big mistake!
No need to worry though, the reel was delivered today by tracked Royal Mail.

Took a substantial amount via paypal for a bait boat and then cancelled my order after receiving payment saying "The do not post to the UK".

Bought a rod from them, it arrived and broke under normal fishing, they acknowledged receipt of the rod that was 3 months ago and many emails player they haven't even replied. Shocking service avoid.

I ordered Mepps spinners, good price and fast delivery. Packaging was also good. Satisfied!

I live in Germany and I ordered a really large amount of lures (~170€) from this website and I just received the package within days after the purchase! They were super fast, the lures are perfect, I couldn’t be happier or more satisfied! I will tell all my fishing buddies about this website as the prices, especially for the SpinMad lures which are made in Poland where this company comes from, are WAAAAAY cheaper than in Germany. Keep up the great work!

I purchased two fishing rods from Fishing Dream World – one in August 2024, and the second in March 2025. Both rods broke under normal fishing use.

I submitted a formal warranty claim on 24 June 2025 and followed up several times by email and phone. After some delay, I was asked to send the rods back, which I did. They were delivered to the company on 10 July 2025.

However, as of today, the company still hasn’t made a decision or issued a refund. They only informed me that the rods were sent to a service center, but did not provide any official resolution within the 14-day legal deadline.

Under EU law, sellers are required to process warranty claims within 14 calendar days of receiving the complaint — not when the items arrive or are inspected.

Unfortunately, this company seems to ignore that legal obligation, and I’m still waiting for a resolution. I hope they take responsibility, but other customers should be cautious.

Great price, had to wait a while for delivery but great communication with Monika, rod arrived today as ordered.

Would definitely recommend
