First Choice Produce Reviews 

I placed a fairly large order of plain yoghurt with First Choice Produce, specifically because I am following a low to no sugar diet. Instead, I was sent flavoured yoghurts, which were not what I ordered and were unsuitable for my dietary requirements.

Since receiving the incorrect products, I have made numerous attempts to contact the company by email, LinkedIn and telephone, all without any meaningful response. After several phone calls, I eventually managed to speak to someone who rather bluntly told me they had received my query and that someone would get back to me. That was the extent of the conversation, and nobody has contacted me since.

It has now been six weeks since the delivery. Not only have I been left with products I didn't order, but they have now passed their use-by dates, leaving me completely out of pocket.

Mistakes happen, and I would have been perfectly understanding had the company acknowledged the error and made an effort to put things right. What I find particularly disappointing is the complete lack of customer service and accountability.

Six weeks of chasing a company to resolve such a straightforward issue is simply unacceptable. Based on my experience, I certainly wouldn't recommend First Choice Produce, and I won't be ordering from them again.

Excellent quality delivered to your door.

Terrible communication. An item was missing from my order and it took me two weeks after endless unanswered emails to get them to acknowledge this and process a refund. The two occasions I did manage to get hold of someone on the phone they were rude and entirely unapologetic. Will not be using again.

First class produce. Well packaged. Good quality. One of only a few places I can get courgette flowers from. Delivery took longer than expected.

I recently ordered produce from Daniel and the team, and I am thoroughly impressed. The produce is always the freshest and delivered in the most efficient timeframe. I placed my order yesterday, and it arrived today. The strawberries in my box are the most incredible I have ever tasted. I highly recommend their service!

Ok. Was going to email.
My quails eggs were >50% smashed and the remainder off and floating
The figs were tiny and no flavour
The artichokes the same. So bland.
The pies had the pastry smashed
Reddish turning with rotting foliage.
Mango bitter and the rest apart from the juices and milk was really poor quality.
I know I am not a restaurant or corporate but this order was terrible. Never happened before.

I received a personal phone call from their staff admitting a human error was made and asked if it was okay to substitute for another product... even better, fresh pasta! They make things right for you and there is an authentic kindness that is really refreshing compared to the majority of companies.

Ordered frozen fruit packs which arrived defrosted despite a few ice packs in the box. It was clear that items had defrosted in transit as juices from packs were evident on external of unopened box on delivery. When box was opened juices from defrosted packs had leaked all over contents. Emailed customer services as per the instructions on their website explaining the issue with photosgrshs of the external and internal of the box but have no reply. Have tried to refreeze products but these are now just package size lamps of of frozen mush. Would advise not to use company as poor delivery packaging for fresh and frozen produce and no customer service response when there is any issue with their service. See Google review for photos

I ordered 4 packs of kitchen towels and received 2 packs. Although I was refunded after notifying them via email, I would have preferred to have been sent the remaining 2 packs.

There was only the refund, not a note accompanying it, saying we're sorry, would you like a refund or would you like us to send you the 2 packs?

Communication is not their forte....
