I very much appreciated the patience Ross showed to me when I got stumped and the system wouldn't let me proceed on. The help in changing my flight so I got what proper flights.

They didn’t give me all my info and I had to pay for them to print a paper copy of my boarding pass… very bad experience… I have to fly back tomorrow and not looking for to it if I’m going to have a problem like this again … I need a refund/money back … never got the email that was cc for me to receive alone with my husband

I had accidentally booked the wrong flight online. I had little information besides the charge from my bank.
Ross was patient and kind and stayed on the phone for an hour and a half with me.
He. Found the bad booking and canceled it. He started the refund process.
Ross then booked the correct flights.
He persevered and was very kind excellent customer service Daphne

Diego made it a great experience! This was about my 5th to 7th attempt at trying to purchase a way to travel. Oh my gosh...he was able to help me immediately, he showed so much patience, the phone line kept dropping and he just kept calling me right back..he didn't give up on me and we made it through the purchase and sale... I appreciate him if no one else would say it! Thank you... thank you...he deserves the bonus, the raise, and the promotion.

I was asked what I liked most about my experience, in a word, Ross. When I had problems with my reservation, I called another company, Findflightcost and spoke with the manager/supervisor Ross. Not only did he solve my problem, but he also secured my reservation at a better price and made me a very satisfied client. He was intelligent, helpful, understanding and most of all, a gentleman. Difficult to find these days and very much appreciated. His customer service was impeccable. I am a senior and not great on the computer. I was thankful that he was patient. Couldn't ask for more in a company. I would highly recommend them.

Findflightcost is a scam don’t waste your time or money. I booked a ticket 3 weeks ago still haven’t received my boarding pass. I’ve been checking with them everyday for the last week, 3hr to go now before the flight leaves and still no boarding pass and the agents don’t answer my call anymore.

Alex Smith was very helpful from the beginning of the process he answered all of my questions about the booking process, prices, and he gave excellent customer service i will definitely book with him again.

Ross worked to get me just the right deal and arranged to have the car at the train station when I arrive and to have it successfully dropped off and inspected on my return to that same Amtrak station at 9AM before my train leaves at 10:19! I am confident that everything will go smoothly as he arranged so I will not miss my 10:19AM train!

Charlie gave me excellent service.
He was very cooperative and helpful.
When I called he was patient and sent me everything I needed for my flight. To book a reservation ask for Charlie.

Peter Scott was very helpful and took a lot of time to find the right options and with the payments processing as there were issues with the bank . He followed up and made sure everything was confirmed .He was very polite and courteous, I would definitely recommend working with him for bookings .

They kept saying wait 20 minutes to send my boarding. Wait an hour wait two hours. I was supposed to be on a flight for 2 o’clock. I did not end up flying out till 8:55 PM. I was in distress. I was stranded in the airport, I did not know and they kept telling me just keep waiting. Wait 30 minutes. Wait 20 minutes. Wait an hour and mind you. I booked a flight over 24 hours in advance.
