The friendliness of the hosts, the availability of the service and the promptness of the admin work, deserves a 5.

The positioning of the tipi’s at Reggae Geel however was far from optimal ; basically at the entrance of the camping site at the crossroads of all gangways. But I understand that Festitent has to deal with the granted places. Still, I would renegotiate that place with the festival.

The convenience of not having to lug equipment around, and having a tent already pitched when we arrived, made our festival experience ten times better! My flat air mattress was replaced within ten minutes. It was definitely worth the price! We’ll be back next time.

Just the last day the hole seemed too small.. I guess my fault 😅

We paid a 105 euros for the tent for 2 persons. On top of that we had to pay the camping at reggae geel, which was another 75 euros. Other didn't pay the camping, which was pretty annoying since the festival is getting more and more expensive. I found that disgusting for a festival of peace and love and we will probably never to this again!!!! The tents were also almost on top of each other so no atmosphere at all!!!

Everything was Great.

The tents were set up far too close to each other. Some tents had a normal distance to the row opposite, but ours had neither a reasonable distance between each other nor to the group of four tents.
Our tent was also entered during the night without permission; one of the two mattresses was stolen, and the other was dirty.
The tents are not locked.
We were no longer allowed to drive our vehicle up to the tents on Saturday. This should be clarified with the organizers, or at least there should be a note on the website stating that access by car to the tents is only possible on Thursday or Friday.

The accommodation was what you’d expect for that price; the tent was fine, and the mattress was okay.
However, the tent’s location was particularly disappointing; it was just 3 metres from the entrance, resulting in noise round the clock, which ruined the whole experience.
The crew were helpful with check-in and check-out, and the process went smoothly.

Friendly Staff, what we missed this time at nature one were the dark mode tents.
Are they planned for next year 2027?

Festitent ist the best I ever have at nature one! Tent was very good, Servicepersons Staff are very nice and accommodating, the beds and chairs are very good! Tank you for all this at Silentcamp!!!

Good service, the tent and everything else I ordered was ready and waiting.

Easy and reliable. The tents were ready when I arrived and the checking out was uncomplicated and the worker was friendly.

I had some leftover trash in my tent when I arrived but I wasn’t something that made me upset.

Would definitely use again

Everything was perfectly organized and very clean. The tent was comfortable, and the showers and toilets were always well maintained. It’s a great service if you don’t want to carry all your camping gear and set everything up yourself. Highly recommended!

The tent set-up and greeting was great. Everything as expected. What didn’t go well was the arrival at the festival entrance and ticket recognition; our comfort tickets weren’t recognised, we got given the incorrect colour wristband which caused confusion for a few hours. We also didnt realise that we had our own shower and toilet blocks until the following morning so better explanation of the facilities would have saved a couple of night treks to the general camping toilets. All that aside, would definitely do this again, very friendly staff and comfortable camping.

It was good again tent was clean and staff were friendly and you could always ask about them and you were neatly helped so see you again next year if it continues

Everything was ready when we got there and the workers are very friendly.

It was a great experience overall. The staff was friendly, and everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend it.

I’m giving 3 stars only because I want to highlight one issue. Even though we booked two tents under the same reservation and emailed beforehand requesting to be placed next to each other, we were assigned tents about 100 meters apart.

We found another group of friends who were in the same situation, and they agreed to switch with us. However, the staff did not allow us to make the change. From my perspective, it seemed like a simple administrative adjustment (changing the names on the bookings or swapping tent numbers), and I was disappointed that no solution could be found.

Aside from this issue, everything else was great.

Can't complain so why give minus points. The tent was big enough and it was nice to have room for bags etc. The service was always friendly and we could get answers fast.
