My experience with this casino was truly disappointing. Specifically, I placed a sports betting slip, and the company wrongly settled it as lost. I immediately contacted them, and they admitted their mistake, assuring me that it would be corrected. After 15 days, however, I received a message refusing to pay out my slip, claiming that...Team stats markets (such as Shots, Shots on target, Offsides, Throw-ins, Fouls, Saves, Goal kicks, Specials) will be settled according to the following priority of sources:
Official source (official league/competition website, etc.).
For bet settlement, the initial publication of the results is used. Any subsequent changes to the results will not be grounds for bet re-settlement.
The source that the casino itself uses to settle these types of bets clearly showed my slip as a winning one from the very beginning. There was never any change in the final result, and in fact, the slip wasn’t even marginally winning — I had predicted over 7.5 and 8.5 shots in total, and there were 10.
The fact that they initially admitted their mistake but still refused to credit my winnings shows that this is truly an unreliable bookmaker.
