My experience
My experience – unfortunately, not a good one!
I ordered the product and received it promptly. However, within a week, the shaker had already broken. I also didn't notice any significant difference from using the product, and honestly, the taste wasn't great either (decaf black coffee with creatine wasn't quite the experience I was hoping for!).
The biggest issue, however, is the subscription situation. I never signed up for a subscription, yet money has been taken from my account and another product has been sent to me without my consent.
I went onto the website to try to resolve this, but what an incredibly frustrating experience! There is no obvious option to cancel, and finding any customer service contact details seems almost impossible. I can now understand why I'm seeing so many similar complaints from other customers.
Thank you for taking £44 from my account for a product I neither ordered nor wanted!
At this point, all I want is a full refund. I'm more than happy to return the products, but I do not want them, and I certainly don't want any further payments taken.
The company really needs to sort out its website, cancellation process and customer service. There are plenty of videos, scratch cards and offers of free gifts, but perhaps a little less effort should go into the marketing gimmicks and a little more into customer satisfaction!
I do wonder why there are so many free gifts being offered if the products are supposedly so good.
My advice to anyone considering ordering: read the reviews carefully and be aware of the subscription situation. I certainly wouldn't recommend my experience.

I have always liked a strong black…
I have always liked a strong black coffee in the morning, however of the last year or so I have been using coffee pods for convenience. This has been a welcome replacement for me. I have been using black coffee for about 10 days now and already feel some of the results, I would say to anyone on the fence about this to give it a go.
I should add that customer service has been great and the delivery came as stated.

The honesty of a product website is reflected by the ease of how you can cancel. This company certainly makes you jump through many hoops and most will give up and will contact their bank to cancel from that end. Disappointing to say the least.

I have tried to cancel feel reformed for months, I have no active subscription on their platform and I have emailed to ask them to stop taking the money out illegally.
