Rob replied to my text the same day and came to our property bang on time, was very professional, very thorough (using a camera that successfully diagnosed the problem in our chimney) and he charged reasonably. We were delighted with his work, he fixed a long-standing problem and we will be using him regularly from now on. Great service

We have four wood burners. Rob checked all our liners with a camera and advised on ventilation and carbon monoxide alarms too. Great service.
