DO NOT DOWLOAD THIS APPLICATION!!... I tried used the free options, and it signed me up to a subscription without me even knowing. It started charging me every three months, without my approval. I have been trying to stop them from charging me with no success. My only option will be to fully cancel my credit card, just to get them to stop. So, DO NOT USE THIS APPLICATION!!!!

This is one of the best fasting and diet apps I've used. The interface is clean, easy to navigate, and very beginner-friendly. It makes tracking fasting windows, meals, water intake, and progress simple and motivating. I also appreciate the helpful reminders and educational content that keep me consistent with my health goals. Since using this app, I've become more disciplined with my eating habits and have seen positive results. Highly recommended for anyone looking to improve their health through fasting and better nutrition.

I really love Fastic, I really do.
When I cut alcohol 2 yrs. ago completely from my life, I started Fastic to help me reduce the fat and keep the healthy balance. Over first 6 months I lost 15 kg. unnecessary weight (fat), back to gym, away from processed food, stick with Fastic (16:8), and I feeling great.
Also I love my new friend of mine Fasty (little tedy bear)…

TOTAL SCAM! I signed up for the 30 day free trial and cancelled my membership before the end of the 30 days which the app confirmed was successful. Fastic started billing my credit card weekly even though I had cancelled. I then reached out to my CC company and had the charges blocked, and made 3 more attempts to cancel the membership, which the app confirmed was successful. Fastic then billed me for a “backcharge” which I finally paid to just get them to go away. They are now sending me more backcharges and trolling me in their email requests for payment. I have requested a phone number which they have not provided. These people are sub-human.

Its good for what it says, though I have to say with AI Chatbots beeing so helpful in itself maybe you won’t need this app or the app needs a better really integrated ai system

I am using fastic for almost 1 year now. I lost 7 kg in 2 months and they are still gone... Really easy food tracking and very informative. Love it! ♥️ Now I am on it again. 3 more kilos would be nice! I am very confident to reach that new goal fast!

This app is good for tracking your food everyday . It shows the important nutricient. I can recommend this app. It‘s super easy to use.

This is an amazing app, in just two days I feel like I can maintain my diet long term where in the past other diets have just felt too much to maintain.
The food scanning is incredibly accurate!
I also love you can collect stars to have a “day off” and there is even a vacation mode to help you keep a healthy balance.

Great app to track yr progress, log meals and track calories. Good log of recipes you can refer and scan actual meals to log calories.

Is the best app I have ever use for tracking my meals, my trainings and my statistics, the AI scan is pretty accurate, I love it. I’m using also the fasting module and it is a quiet good.

Great app with everything included to switch to a healthy lifestyle and change bad habits. A bit more easier receipts would be nice without that much „special“ ingredients

Fastic really keeps my intermittent fasting on track. You can change the times and how long you want to fast which is really helpful. Its also very educational and motivating!!
