Every branch I have been to was great. The staff is nice, the stocks are tidy, we have plenty of space to play and socialize. I particularly like the choice of non citadel paints, brushes and crafting materials. I do wish that would be reflected in the model and game selection,but it is 95% GW. That's why I can only give 4 stars and need to rely on online shops to get other games
