Delivered to wrong address
My 14 year old daughter ordered some lashes and she didn’t put the house number just the road and postcode. They still processed with an incomplete address and just delivered randomly to a house on our street which is empty and we don’t know who owns the property. Customer services insist they have delivered and it’s no longer their problem, and they are sorry for the inconvenience. The inconvenience of paying for something you didn’t receive! ***UPDATE after writing a review I received an email offering a solution, a replacement or refund and the issue was quickly resolved from there***

As we explained via email, we rely on customers to provide the correct delivery address on checkout. Our system accepted the order because a first and second address line was entered on checkout.
Our colleagues emailed yesterday afternoon to say this would be followed up with the carrier, and they also offered a refund or replacement package to resolve this. So far, you have not responded. When we do hear back from you, we'll resolve it per your preference.

Very helpful company
Excellent customer service. My product didn't arrive so I contacted them and Nick straightaway got on it, investigated everything and sent a replacement. He kept me informed every step of the way and was very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely recommend.
