I’m quite happy with them because my 1st purchase was Afro kinky braid extensions and I enjoyed them. This is my 2nd purchase but a diff braid extension so I’m crossing my fingers that this one turns out great too.

Passive aggressive customer service. Appalled.
I sent an email to ask about the return policy. It is not clear on the website. Do we pay ourselves or do they send a paper print out /QR code.
The customer service person wrote me back telling me to go back to the webpage. This is horrible customer service and comes across as very passive aggressive. The time it has taken this person to respond to my email, he/she could have actually tried to help me. Wow. I am appalled. Definitely the last time I buy anything here. It takes nothing to be nice to your customers.
