They re not usefull at all

My recent interaction with Fortum was excellent! I needed to change my delivery method from paper invoices (Papirfaktura) to e-invoicing (Efaktura), and the process was handled very smoothly. When we discussed this, the representative immediately directed me to Sbanken, which made the technical fix easy on my end. Even better, when I realized I had accidentally canceled my electricity contract during that change, they fixed it instantly! They confirmed a new contract is coming via email within 24 hours. What made this experience great was the proactive problem-solving and clear guidance. The team didn't just solve the initial request; they caught an error on my side and corrected it seamlessly. Keep up the fantastic work!

Can really recommend fortum energi, ain't expensive at all

Totally ineffective and unable to perform a simple task. I regret choosing Forum and will look for other companies.

Not a good, honest company.

Great customer service. Honest cost information upfront. Nok 49 pr month for services on app and my profile made me choose another competitor due to 0 NOK in monthtly fee. Not to interested i personalized app services

I have reserved against salescall, and still they call me every day. I have askes them three times stop calling, but wont respect me.

Admits problems with their website for several months , but not willing to compensate with any means whatsoever.

They where easy to talk to, and onest about things they didn't Know. And like some others they where not trying to push som deal down your neck.

Er seriously, good customer service,for me important to be able to physically talk to one person and not a robot.I also believe that it's a stable El company compared to many of the different operaters
