Very disappointing experience. The behavior was highly unprofessional and disrespectful. Instead of resolving the issue politely, I was treated rudely and spoken to in an inappropriate manner. I hope they improve their customer service and learn to communicate respectfully with customers.

I am Md Ashfaque Ahmed from Bhubaneswar. I have joined FLP in the year 2025. Also completed 2CC and spend 30000. As my upline guided me that I will receive amount every month. But the fact is, I only received for two months. It was really a bad experience for me. Also my upline misguide me.

I've struggled with psoriasis since I was 14 years old and have tried all sorts over the years. I started drinking Forever Living Aloe Vera Gel because of its anti inflammatory benefits, and I've been so pleased with the results. My skin has never felt better, and I'm genuinely happy with how much it's helped me.

My experience with this company has been extremely traumatic and mentally exhausting. I spent nearly an entire year dealing with stress, anxiety, and emotional distress after joining. What initially seemed like an opportunity turned into a deeply negative experience due to the actions of my sponsor and the lack of proper support from the company.
My sponsor, under the pretext of helping me, arranged for my products to be delivered to her own residence in another city. She then misled me by citing false policies and insisted on unboxing the products herself. When I eventually received the items after several months, they were already opened, tampered with, and in a damaged condition.
Whenever I requested my products during that period, she continuously made excuses and avoided giving a clear response. Her behavior made it seem as if I had willingly sent the products to her address, which was completely untrue. After approximately 4.5 months of repeated follow-ups and mental stress, I finally received the products, but unfortunately in a condition that was not acceptable.
I raised a formal complaint with the company against the sponsor and requested compensation for my financial loss. As per the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and Direct Selling Rules 2021, companies are expected to take reasonable measures to prevent fraud, misrepresentation, and unethical practices by their distributors. However, the company’s response was limited to suspending the sponsor’s ID, without taking any further responsibility or action to resolve my financial loss.
Instead, I was informed that all members operate as independent contractors, and therefore the company could not intervene further. I was asked to recover my money directly from the sponsor. This response was disappointing and shifted the burden entirely onto me as a consumer.
Due to my lack of awareness of the applicable rules at that time, I continued to face mental harassment, false assurances, and unnecessary delays for an additional 2.5 months. The situation was further complicated by pressure from the sponsor, her family, and her senior.
Eventually, after losing patience, I took the initiative to research my rights and filed complaints with appropriate government and higher private authorities. After nearly one year of continuous struggle, the sponsor finally returned the amount I had spent on purchasing the products. Although I did not recover my complete financial loss, I was able to recover a significant portion.
This entire experience has had a serious impact on my mental and physical health, as well as my personal life, time, education, and self-respect. It has been a difficult and exhausting journey that could have been avoided with better accountability and support.

Have they weakened the ingredients? I had acute arthritis and then discovered the Forever Freedom drink in 2005. After a couple of months my symptoms improved massively. Life changingly so. Then around 2020 my severe pains returned and the Aloe Vera drink seemed to be not working. I thought perhaps the Covid jabs had something to do with it so I stopped buying the drink after a while. Now 5+ years later I decided to give it another go but sadly after 2 months it still isn't working and I'm wondering if they've weakened the ingredients perhaps? I'd had regular bone density checks and there hadn't been any significant degeneration, so that can't be the reason.

This company staff is unethical and the previous employees and the current employees don't know how to deal with the fresher's,rude behaviour and even the senior managers have no communication skills and no knowledge...they have lot of grammatical mistakes..they just copy and paste the wrong grammatical mistakes to the lower lever employee and then the same is forwarded to the juniors or fresher's.During the zoom meetings conducted by the managers they show off dreams to the initial stages to the fresher's entice them by showing luxurious cars such as fortuner, Mahindra cars etc.bought in 3 years of service with the company...so disgusting and bullshit act during the zoom meetings session throughout not explaining about the complete information about how to handle the work and how to explore new things....😆😁🤣 This company must be blacklisted how they hire the ineligible candidates working in the company for the role of managers,senior managers who even don't know how to behave with the freshers and grammatical mistakes in the sentence making... totally chutiyapa people's hired in the company without knowledge in the relevant field ...I recently got connected with one of the junior level employee and she is totally illiterate even the sixth standard kids is more intelligent than her

This platform is fraud. Please don't trust this platform . They do not talk to seniors on the platform , so I request please do not afford a platform and do not pay registration fees . So i humble request please don't trust this website or platform

I have been consuming forever Aloe Vera gel drink for 17 years now. I am very saddened to realise how it is being watered down gradually. I used to be able to feel aloe vera lumps in the drink. They are one the of the few companies i trusted to deliver exactly the promise ofwhat it says in the bottle.
I will unfortunately stop ordering from them with a heavy heart.
