my first estimate so far two orders. the website is transparent and easy to manage and search. prices acceptable. contact was not necessary, as everything was short and very well explained on the page and in the email. after ordering, super fast response and sending the purchased item. The branch office of the first order is on the third day, while the second one is on the fourth. tobacco of excellent quality and aroma. all in all I recommend!

Unusable tobacco pressed into a brick

Ordered a number of kilos of different varieties including 2kg of oriental samsun. The leaves were packed into a BRICK, making it impossible to separate the leaves.

Contacted customer support but they do not care and offer no solution.

All I wanted is a replacement for usable leaves but as I said they have offered no solution other than returning the order.

Bad product in general (broken leaves that arrive in little pieces, leaves pressed into a brick, etc).

I am a returning customer since about 2 years.

They sell a top product. Very fast shipment; I have it latest 2 days after the order in house.
Very communicative and helpful.

Worst customer support and crappy product

I ordered 2 kg of Virginia Orange and another kilo of Burley. The Viriginia Orange was just desert dust while the Burley was extremely high in moisture.

I contacted them to see how we could fix this and after days of no answers I finally got an email stating the following:

"Sorry, but I see it this way: you received exactly what you ordered.
You ordered a dry variety, and that is what was delivered."

Well, in their web site they state that the moisture of virginia orange is about 12.5% and what I got was about 7 to 8%, and that is what I could test. Most of it was probably even less than that. The leaves will break into dust when you try to remove the stems. Many of them were already pure dust when they arrived.

On top of that, you can only pay by bank transfer if you don't live in Germany. They invited me to send it back but quite frankly, seeing how little they care I don't trust them to refund me my money, plus they added "so long they are in the same condition as when you received them", or in other words, you will never get your money back.

I will try to moist the leaves and use as many as possible and never, NEVER, EVER again, buy from this provider. Mainly because of the lack of care of their customers.

They looked like they could have been an ok provider, but oh well, there is always another one that bites the dust.

EDIT: I have seen other reviews about ppl that were happy before and now they lost their money. I guess they turned greedy.

I am English and live in France. This supplier of whole tobacco leaves is superb. The range is large enough to make your own blends, the price is perfect. Delivery to France is now banned? I found a way with SHIPGERMAN who will post-forward your German package within Germany to France!! All legal. Enjoy.
