The normal 1 star because I can’t put zero, today I had the shock of my life, I recharged my garage camera having last just over 2 weeks from the last charge & the back yard both charged @ the same time bot gone flat we’ll before the EUFY LIES saying it last 2 months on a charge, I looked @ my iPhone & saw 88 events recorded so I thought leats see how many it has captured tempering acctv camera is supposed to catch every little thing that what’s it’s up there for, to my amazement it had recorded 88, then as I was scrolling through it was recording as I looked @ the events, thought had it turned the corner had it - - - - old eufy went back to normal missing then recorded then missed,
Who ever reads this be warned

Third time not the charm
We have owned three eufy robot vacuums. Until our last experience, we were pleased with the product and value. Unfortunately, our most recent ( and most expensive) purchase has caused us to look at other brands for replacement. Our vacuum/mop lasted just over a year, and we had to send it in for repairs during that year. Because we’re out of warranty, their solution is to offer at $50 discount on a new purchase.
Loyal customer across two homes, treated like I don't exist
I've been a eufy customer for years. Replaced all my security devices across two homes with eufy products, spent thousands of dollars, and recommended eufy to friends, family, and business partners more times than I can count. I say all of that because I want it to be clear that this isn't a one-time buyer with a grudge. This is someone who genuinely believed in the brand.
I purchased a eufy S330 video doorbell for my new home in Honolulu. After extensive troubleshooting, including placing a dedicated mesh network node 15 to 20 feet from the doorbell location, it became clear the S330 simply can't reach the HomeBase from my carport entrance two floors down. I know the location and network aren't the problem because I have a eufy floodlight camera working perfectly in the exact same spot. The S330 just needs a direct HomeBase RF connection that my home's layout can't support.
Here's where it went from frustrating to genuinely shocking. When I contacted support for a warranty replacement, I was told eufy cannot ship to Hawaii. I live in Honolulu. Hawaii is a U.S. state. USPS, FedEx, UPS, and DHL all deliver here every day. I was then asked to provide a mainland U.S. address so I could "arrange pickup." I was offered 50% back on a product I cannot use at all. And across weeks of emails, I received the same copy-pasted boilerplate response over and over, with troubleshooting steps I had explicitly stated were already completed.
I've now escalated to VP level at Anker and filed complaints with the BBB, FTC, and Hawaii's Office of Consumer Protection. All I ever asked for was an exchange for a doorbell that connects directly to Wi-Fi so it would work with my existing network coverage. That's it.
If you live in Hawaii, be aware that eufy apparently does not consider it an "eligible" shipping location for warranty support. For everyone else, just know that once you're past the return window, you're largely on your own.
x10 EUFY pro cleaning robot terrible customer service
I've had my EYFY x10 pro cleaning robot less than 1 year. It has worked well but not as good as it was advertised. 4 weeks ago I heard a terrible, very loud noise from the unit when the robot was emptying itself to the dust bag. I contacted customer service (CS). Got disconnected after a 25 minute wait. I tried calling again and was told what info to submit. I submitted all requested info via email and was told what to provide. I provided all requested info via email and 6 days later I was told they were able to open the video. Then 1 week after that i was told they could open the video, and they now wanted my device#. I have been given a run around and have ordered a new robot from a different company. Save yourself the hassle and don't buy from EUFY.
False Advertisement
Eufy and their sales affiliates on Amazon and elsewhere are engage in fraudulent sales tricks and deceive their client, I saw an add for a NVR 2Tb S4 kit at CAD 699.00 , on their Amazon affiliate account, I made a purchase and paid the amount plus 13% tax on June 19, 2026, I received a kit of the older cameras instead, which I ruptured; for the "quality" of their untrained and distracted agent, it took almost a month to get my money back. Avoid buying from cheats!
This eufy x10 USE to be amazing
This eufy x10 USE to be amazing, but now not so much the AI sorry what AI it's now stupid AI since it now runs over socks and other objects which it never use to do, it use to avoid and go around them oh it also use to not fall off stairs it now does that. So clearly eufy are updating there devices to make them stupid to what end well to get you to sell that one and upgrade to the next gen is my guess I would not recommend cause after a few updates it becomes rubbish and prob be better just buying a cheap 100 robot vac, can't mind when I purchased it but maybe a year now
I'd be very carefull of any product you…
I'd be very carefull of any product you buy from eufy. Many of their products go defective shortly after their warranty period which is a standard 1 year warranty after which they no longer cover you for. For the premium price they charge you for, you do not get a premium product or service. I have unfortunately heavily invested in the eufy eco system from having their security systems and home vaccum.
I spent nearly £800 on the eufy x10 omni, shortly after 18m the hoover stopped connecting to the wifi which eufy identified to be a motherboard issue and replaced the motherboard however upon returning the product after repair it started having new issues likely related to the new motherboard change. Their suggestion was that I buy another hoover of them at a discounted price (mind you, they over inflate prices to make you feel like youre buying a premium product) but the audacity is nothing short of scandalous.
I have had doorbell issues which I had to get replaced under warranty however since it expired, the visual quality has deteriorated.
My security system has had alot of firmware issues causing severe security concerns. This in the meantime is rectified after having to communicate with them at lengths. It does not give me hope for my security system to last after the warranty period after spending over £600 on them!
Disappointing Customer Service by Eufy Australia
I purchased an Eufy S1 Pro robot vacuum, a fantastic machine that was powerful, quiet, smart, and genuinely great at what it does. For the first year, I absolutely loved it.
Then a small rubber seal, a part worth only cents and easily purchased overseas for a few dollars, failed at 13 months.
Eufy Australia refused to cover it under warranty, refused to supply the small part, and instead told me I’d need to replace the entire base unit for about $1,500. They were perfectly happy to send an expensive machine to landfill over a rubber seal worth pocket change. Despite plenty of communication, they wouldn’t budge at all.
A brilliant vacuum backed by shockingly poor customer service. Very disappointing.
The door bell doesn’t work with my…
The door bell doesn’t work with my Apple Watch most of the time, it struggles to connect to my phone quite frequently even when I’m on my WiFi , in my opinion it’s not as good as the Ring one, I wish I had kept.
Very disappointed - Horrible customer service, no delivery, no refund
Very disappointed, after confirming my order and taking my money, they promise and advertise that my order would be delivered within 3-7 days. After following up since the order was never delivered, they communicated it was getting ready for dispatch. Since nothing changed I followed up again and they then decided to tell me that they are unable to deliver it due to logistical problems and that they are unable to deliver to my country. I can confirm that DHL or UPS do deliver on a daily basis to my country. After a lot of back and forth, with me providing them workable solutions as to how to get my product delivered, it seems they are still refusing to do so since it will cost them more and eat out of their profits. The only option given was a refund which doesn't really work for me, though still after one month, they still have kept my money and never processed the refund. Be careful, very horrible and rude customer service. Be careful as they seem to want to keep your money and never deliver their products. Currently still waiting for the refund
Good
Good, not great product at a reasonable price. Disappointed they don't offer a POE residential camera. Also, I would like to use my footage on things other than their app, but for someone touting local control, they didn't include any common protocols (rstp) to use with other recording and display software. So sad for that.otherwise, it is a good image and decent software when teamed with the homebase
Poor & Incompetent Company
I wish if there would be an option to give - 5 STAR or 0 rating! I did not get a chance to experience the product as this never arrived. The company itself does not appear to function. I placed the order online for E28 model, then they tool good few days to hand that over to UPS. That's it! Since the item sat at UPS warehouse in the UK due to missing documentation. Both myself and UPS reached out to them for that and no support from them at all resulting UPS to send back the item to them after nearly 10 days no response. I eventually requested for cancellation and refund. So, they wasted nearly 3 weeks and my opportunity to buy this from Harvey Normal for €749. Now the price went up to €999 both with Harvey Norman and them. I DO NOT recommend dealing with this company. Very incompetent!
the app of eufy is very very bad for mac users
the app of eufy is very very bad. Basic think for the cam is missing. It is not possible to say "save video from 1 aug 13 pm till 14 pm". The work around is ... ( very bad ) . go to the date and time and press record !! noooooo. YESSS . so if you wanna download a day. you must sit 8 hour to get is. On a mac it is not possible to save it in your download folder. it is going in you photo app. On a mac it is now at the moment not possible to jump to a date and press record. And the app freezes all the time
App is not working properly
App is not working properly. They seem to have changed something in the app and now it makes cameras frustratingly unusable. The cameras are actually good but they really need to fix this app. It's not just me. And I have tried the usual stuff to try to get it to work like it used to but it's obviously a problem at Eufys end.
The cameras video quality is ok... but
The cameras video quality is ok, but there network range and stability is terrible. If you live in a one bedroom apartment, you'll probably need a camera and 12 network repeaters to get it to work. They are horrendous at maintaining a connection. I've tried everything to get a setup working properly in a house that is only 1800sq ft. I have 6 cameras, with at least two offline, at different times in different locations, at any given time. Its truly shite. Don't recommend, unless you live in shoe box, that is saturated with wifi.
Marketed for Pet Hair. Doesn't Detangle. Doesn't Hold Up. $1,299 Down the Drain.
I bought the eufy X10 Pro Omni for $1,299 CAD specifically because it's marketed as "Designed for Homes with Pets" with an "Auto-Detangling Roller Brush." In reality, I have to pull the brush apart and cut my dog's hair out with scissors every single week - the opposite of what's advertised. Worse, the wheel is now permanently jammed with hair with zero way to access or clear it myself. I've been going back and forth with eufy support for weeks. Their "solutions" include: a video on how to clean it more often, a $50 accessory pack, and a 10% discount to go buy a different, more expensive eufy model to fix a problem with the one I already paid for. Not once has anyone addressed the stuck wheel. If you have pets and are considering this model, know that "auto-detangling" means you'll be doing it yourself, weekly, with scissors - and if a mechanical part fails, don't expect eufy to stand behind it. We've always used Dyson for pet hair and never had this problem. Should've stuck with what works. Photos of the stuck wheel and the hair pulled out of the brush attached below.
Absolutely appalling customer service.
Absolutely appalling customer service.
I spent weeks working with Eufy’s support and engineering teams, uploading logs, videos and completing every troubleshooting step for a faulty E330 Smart Lock. After all that, Eufy simply denied responsibility by claiming it wasn’t purchased through an authorised reseller.
The lack of accountability is staggering. I was left with a faulty product and passed between Eufy and the retailer, with neither taking ownership.
A product is only as good as the company that stands behind it. Based on my experience, I would never buy Eufy again.
I have doorbell
I have doorbell, front camera, indoor camera , garden camera and hub, and 9 times out of ten I am unable to connect straight away . Sometimes pressing doorbell visitor is missed and hub events are not not updated for a while.
Whilst cameras are crisp and sharp the continuous unable to play or view message out weighs the high quality video . I appreciate this is a once only purchase but for speedier service I think ring has the edge .
A Genuine Review of My Eufy Security Camera System
After using the Eufy security camera system for some time, I feel it’s only fair to share my personal experience. Unfortunately, it has been disappointing.
* Delayed motion alerts: In my experience, the notifications are often received after the visitor has already left my front door. This defeats one of the main purposes of having a security camera, particularly if you want to interact with visitors in real time.
* Storage management isn’t user-friendly: The system could do a much better job of warning users when available storage is running low. Rather than having to discover this yourself, clear and proactive notifications would make the experience much better.
* Poor reliability: I currently have four cameras installed, but only one is operational because the others have flat batteries, despite being connected to solar panels. This has significantly reduced my confidence in the system.
* Customer support: My experience with customer service has been frustrating. Responses have often taken several days, and I haven’t noticed any meaningful improvement in the level of support provided.
* Comparison with Ring: Although I dislike paying a monthly subscription, I personally find the Ring ecosystem to be more polished, more reliable, and better supported overall.
Possible Areas Where Eufy Could Better Support UK and European Customers
From my perspective, Eufy could improve its products and services for customers in the UK and Europe by:
* Providing faster and more responsive customer support during UK and European business hours.
* Ensuring motion detection and notifications perform consistently in typical UK weather conditions, including heavy rain, fog, and low-light winter evenings.
* Improving solar charging performance during the shorter daylight hours experienced throughout much of Europe.
* Offering firmware updates that better reflect the needs and expectations of UK and European users rather than appearing to prioritise other markets.
* Making the app more intuitive, with clearer notifications, storage warnings, and battery health monitoring.
* Providing more transparent information about compatibility with local internet networks, Wi-Fi standards, and smart home platforms commonly used in the UK and Europe.
* Increasing the availability of replacement parts, accessories, and warranty support through UK and European distributors.
* Improving compliance guidance and privacy documentation for users operating cameras under UK data protection laws.
Overall, this is simply my personal experience, and unfortunately I cannot recommend the Eufy security camera system based on its reliability, notification performance, battery issues, and customer support. While other users may have had a better experience, I expected considerably more from a system marketed as a premium home security solution.
The software really stinks
The software really stinks. Very difficult, and sometimes not possible to view and delete videos from memory.
