BEST shower filter! I have struggled with eczema for years even though I used organic products, my skin was still so dry. I blamed it all on stress. Then after Covid, I lost a lot of hair. My hair started to grow back with certain items that I used, however, it still didn’t feel right. I saw eskin and was a bit hesitant. I was aware of hard water. I thought, can hard water have such an impact on my skin and hair? Absolutely it does! I have had my eskin for a few months now, my skin has healed and my hair has a softer silky feel. Eskin is worth every penny! Grateful to those who took the time to create such an amazing product.

It’s been almost two whole months and these shower heads have worked as promised! We bought two hand held ones. We have extremely hard water and I’ve purchased other brands that haven’t even lasted a 15 minute shower. With two users per shower head, and 1-2 showers a day each, these shower head filters are still going strong. I had an issue with one of the shower head filters and and Eskiin customer support was responsive, tried to help troubleshoot, and ultimately provided me a shower head replacement filter. It’s been working flawlessly since the replacement. We are a family with much happier skin since we found Eskiin. I 10/10 recommend their shower heads

I have well water and have been using Eskiin for 3 months. The difference with Eskiin shower filter is undeniable! Not only is my hair smoother and softer, my eczema has cleared! I have tried other filters that do not come close to Eskiin. The filter works! No more iron stains either! The shower head is high quality, worth every cent!!

Great product, we replaced all shower heads in our home. you can feel the difference in the water and the pressure.

Really it should be no stars, purchased the shower with 3 filters, thought it would really work for me however the shower head just started spraying everywhere. Changed the filter to no resolve. Contacted them by phone no response, after 60 days that got back saying sorry and also stated I lied about trying to call. Buyers beware!!! Terrible product and company

The Eskiin shower head does a beautiful job of turning my hard well water into something special. Great for my hair and skin. The customer service experience with them is the best I’ve experienced from any vender!! Fast response and great solutions!

Eskiin has great products. We've had their shower head for over a year now, and my husband and I have both experienced better skin and no longer smell the chlorine in the water. We also have the subscription for filter replacements-which is awesome because it's easy to forget to change them out!
I just had a customer service question because now we're ordering the handheld shower head. My issue was resolve in less than 10 mins. So, not only do they provide a great product, but their customer service is awesome!!

I wanted a non toxic replacement for my shower wand. Wasn’t aware of the effects on my skin and hair that my unfiltered shower head was doing. Since using Eskiin (after in depth research of best companies and products) I tried the black wand, not really expecting much of a difference, rather just wanting to replace the plastic, residued shower head. After the first use I could tell my skin was softer- have not been itchy since using this filtered shower head!! I have always used lotion after a shower so being itchy was relatively new. I noticed residue on my shower head and had started to hear about the symptoms of hard water and/or non filtered shower water. Additionally, my perimenopausal hair shedding has significantly decreased!! I am SO pleased with this shower wand!!! I love the company story and would recommend this product to everyone!

Have loved the shower head. Love the pressure of the shower. It has definitely done what it said it would do. Love the quick responses when you have a question or concern. They are very polite and professional. I will definitely keep using this product.

You cannot trust this company. Read the discount and do the math before you get scammed like I did. They also charge you $6.99 to return even if you never opened the box. I tried to refuse the delivery but since they ship through Amazon I couldn’t refuse it. The ad states a 45% discount but when I asked they told me it was for the subscription which I did sign up for but I was charged $115. 45% off $149 is $81.95. The email support is automated it so frustrating so I am sending these back without even trying. I can’t support a company that is dishonest

I’ve used ESKIN shower filter for a couple years and it has worked great. I recently installed a new one and it had a loud humming noise. I reported it and they replaced it and I put the new one which is working perfectly. A great product and great backup service. Thank you.

I chose the Eskiin Hand Held Chrome unit based on past experience and advise from a home health professional. Sometimes you find yourself in a poor health situation you hadn't counted on and a hand held shower head is just the way to go. A year ago, I had a massive heart attack. In May I was diagnosed with Clear Cell, Renal Cell Metastatic in-operable Carcinoma. Both conditions left me weak and not able to maneuver around in a shower. The Eskiin unit, once installed, is positioned perfectly and has the power to get the job done. The internal filter system should help keep the head from corroding up and diminishing the volume, as happened with my last shower head. I have high hopes for this shower head.

I was given the Eskiin shower head as a birthday gift. Best gift I ever got, in just a short time I have noticed a tremendous difference in the condition of my hair and skin. I use hand made soap and the Eskiin has made it so much easier for my natural hair care and skin products to work efficiently. Easy installation and filter replacement at a cost that pays for itself. Absolutely the BEST shower head we have ever had!!!

Living in a large luxury building this option is needed for the best shower. 90 day filter replacement option with subscription makes continuous optimal showers perfect. Skin, hair significantly better. Highly recommend.

First, I've had the black handheld for 9 months. Everytime i have replaced the filters, they always look like in should have e replaced them sooner than the 3months cycle i have it set on. I have well water but with a water softener. This filter helps my shower stay cleaner of breakthrough hard water stains in my shower. My hair and skin feel healthier and better than after the amazon shower filter I was using before. The spa like feel is my ABSOLUTE FAVORITE PART. I've had 3 family members purchase this shower head after visiting and showering and asking, "where did u get that showerhead?" I miss it when I travel and go on vacation. The only con is the black powder coating is coming off 😭 but I dont care. We still LOVE it. My husband removed all the black coating because it started chipping after the first few weeks. Dont buy black if people can see your showerhead. No one sees my primary shower so I dont care. Its worth every penny!

Helpful responsive customer service in putting filter shipments on hold.

If I could give zero stars I would… received my shower head excited to use it as the instructions say open it to ensure your filter is in the unit well…. It would not unscrew multiple people tried. Back & forth with email customer service writing all different ways we should try to open the shower head well it didn’t work. So onto a call to customer service she was very kind gave me a QR code, I went and shipped it out and wait for it…. They received it but I have to wait for my refund she’s not sure when it will come….

The shower head that we purchased was awesome. It was easy to install. The first time I showered I didn’t want to get out. It was so nice and soft. It made my hair feel so soft and my skin. I didn’t have to use lotion. Thank you

Great customer service! Quick and efficient. Love the priduct and that i am able to adjust my shipments when needed.
