Esimflag is absolutely a fraud, it is not unlimited data as claimed by the company. I bought a 5 day unlimited data for 16.25 Euro while on vacation in Italy and can't use it for completely one day . Why say unlimited when it is a hidden limited data , you won't even know how many gigabyte them are selling to you . It is a scam , never buy on hope of unlimited data. Find other sources if you may need internet for streaming unless your requirements are mainly for reading messages and chats. Be warned. Most of these firms are criminals. Crimes are not only for individuals, Firms and companies do commit crimes , stealing from unsuspecting individuals . The governments and regulatory institutions must be made aware of such crime , if we hope for transparency and reduction of crime in Europe. If you see some reviews which sounds positive, be aware that some paid for it or they may be bots working for the criminals. I bought it based on their 4star reviews ,while after experiencing their scam , I wouldn't give them a genuine 1 star rating.

They advertise it as unlimited. In reality, on the very first day of my trip, after using 5 GB my speed was throttled to 200 kbps. There is no way to find the terms or the exact data threshold, it is written nowhere, and there are no clear usage conditions at all. Essentially this is disguised false advertising: yes, the data is "unlimited", just at a speed where even Wikipedia won't load. Enjoy.

No good signal / service in Turkey and no way to contact customer service on weekends, more than 2 hours waiting via WhatsApp, but if you don’t answer in 10 minutes (with no signal…), they close the conversation.

Don’t recommend to buy this company for using in Europe … they will charge you every individual country eSIM … so when you buy the eSIM from them , check it is covered the whole Europe or not , otherwise every country eSIM you need to buy .

Bad, i do not recommend. Data shuts off, only got used like 3GB network.

Horrible company, got blocked by them on WhatsApp when trying to resolve my data issue. No where states a data cap and when I asked about it they said there’s isn’t a limit so there is lies happening. I was using for maps and instagram at night time and by the morning nothing would load. No replies no communication when asking how to make a complaint. Worst experience ever do not recommend please but elsewhere!!

I had some connection problems since the first day. The eSIM didn’t work and I contacted the assistance but I’ve never had answer to my messages!

I was given the wrong instructions regarding setting it up, so I ended up paying for both the e-SIM AND extra data

Stopped working halfway the paid period. Was fine before. The final survey arrived in Spanish for no reason

Really bad network very slow.

Took 1 hour on the support chat and didn’t even fix my issue.

Bought an unlimited eSIM. Wouldn’t activate initially, then it worked, then it cut off again and wouldn’t connect to any mobile networks at all. My UK data was also at its limit so I was lost in France as couldn’t even use maps. Eventually spent £20 buying an EU pass with my UK SIM just so I could get online and use maps!

Useless customer support with eSIM FLAG, they eventually responded after 24 hours. I said I wanted a refund, but I didn’t reply immediately to their WhatsApp message as I was driving so they closed the conversation!

Then had to buy another eSIM with a different provider so it’s cost me nearly £100 overall and still don’t have any sign of a refund, they just cut me off on WhatsApp which is unbelievable. I can wait for a reply but to end the conversation as I didn’t respond fast enough?!

Don’t waste your time and money like I have. Or just buy starlink.

Paid 30£ for an eSIM for turkey 25 days ish didn’t even get my eSIM I checked out as a guest this was my order number 09224104 but it never came to my carboss477 email so scam

False advertising, they show a world cup match when buying the SIM, however, mine got data capped on a work Zoom call.

After speaking to customer service they told me it wasn’t for streaming, despite the website clearly advertising on a streaming match.

Absolutely useless, I had to buy a proper data sim once in the US.
