Huge thanks to Craig and Jasmine at EBI for helping us sell our property. When we were getting valuations, they were the only ones who gave us an honest, realistic figure. Everyone else inflated the valuation too high just to win our business. We actually went with another agent first, but soon realised EBI were the ones who really understood the market.
It ended up being a really stressful, difficult sale due to a terrible flat market and a few unexpected issues, but Craig and Jasmine saw it through. Craig was pragmatic, super responsive, and very accommodating. Jasmine was amazing at keeping us updated every step of the way. They’re both genuinely nice people and completely professional. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Tenants 4 years
As tenants we have been dealing with Ernest Brooks for 4 years. They have been very helpful, personable and quick to respond to issues. Jorja our property manager has been very helpful and easy to contact.
My only criticism is that we have had a lot of turnover in property managers over 4 years, and doesn't feel like our information has been handed over properly, so we have had to repeat issues/details a lot which has been frustrating, however the property managers themselves have all been fantastic.

My Manchester apartment was handed over…
My Manchester apartment was handed over to me late last year. The previous agency did not managed to get a tenant for a few months. Then I came across EBI online and Elliot happened to be in Singapore, so we met and during our conversation, his openness and experience convinced me that he was able to help me find a tenant. His colleague, Oliver, assisted me during the engagement with EBI and promptly responded to all my queries. They managed to secure a tenant for the apartment within the month and in one viewing, I was impressed.
