ercol, was established over 100 years ago in 1920 by Italian designer Lucian R Ercolani in High Wycombe. The ercol office, showroom and factory moved to its current location in Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire in 2002. Design has always been at the heart of ercol. Our furniture designs for dining, living and bedroom constantly evolve to reflect how we live today. We have a talented In-house design team and furniture technicians, to create and develop our designs, we also collaborate with external UK designers to create unique pieces all of which are made with integrity and fit for purpose.

Lovely bedroom furniture
I love my new bedroom furniture from Ercol, it is great quality and the white glove service for delivery and set up was excellent. Ordering on the website had a little hiccup and I did not receive confirmation of my order. Despite that when I contacted them by phone they were more than helpful and things went smoothly after that. Thank you very much.

Good quality item and service
I ordered an Ercol Couch from a discontinued line. I contacted the outlet several times for advice as I was unsure if the couch would fit through the doorway - my queries were responded to quickly and thoroughly. The couch was delivered with no problems and the item is just as described

Beautiful furniture worth every penny
We are sp pleased with our new chaise longue sofa, beautiful colour and design, definitely looks great in the lounge. Should also be very hard wearing as ercol test their furniture to the extreme.
Delivery information was sparse and delivery a bit slow.

So pleased that i finally found what I wanted …..
So pleased that i finally found what I wanted and even happier that it was a cancelled order on the Ercol outlet site at a fraction of the original cost.
Ercol phoned me personally to arrange delivery and their delivery guys were superb! Friendly, professional and respectful.
My furniture was put together for me and is absolutely perfect, no flaws or issues whatsoever.

We have bought several items online from the Ercol outlet. All arrived in excellent condition and and are very well made pieces of furniture. Our latest purchase is no exception. Should add that ordering was straightforward and the item was delivered in just over a week after it was ordered.
We could probably buy similar items of furniture more cheaply from elsewhere. However, we'll stick with Ercol, as their service and the quality of their furniture cannot be beaten in our experience.

Very pleased with the furniture everything else bad
Very pleased with the furniture. I paid for it to be assembled. It took well over an hour and there was a lot of banging and swearing. After the work men left I noticed that they had knocked my smoke alarm off the ceiling.
