Shameful handling of a medical…

Shameful handling of a medical emergency claim - Ref 2462438
Disgraceful and unprofessional customer service. ERV Swiss denied my medical repatriation claim after making me waste days collecting PDFs and documents. They used completely false assumptions to avoid paying, claiming "no additional costs apply" for an emergency flight, completely ignoring that my employer paid for my regular return. They also conveniently "forgot" to reimburse my documented train tickets. To deny a claim to a worker facing a documented health crisis is a shameful business practice. Avoid ERV at all costs. Case handling by Laetitia Wild and Céline Pfulb is absolutely appalling.
