Rosemary shampoo I ordered - NEVER arrived and did not receive a refund no matter how many times I attempted to contact them....no response what so ever...believe this company to be a scam .....terrible and should be kicked off of social networks from advertising any product.....

Several days ago, I did a review of Eloriabeauty. I deleted it right before I began this. I want to apologize for the negative comments I made about Eloriabeauty. The order I placed a little over two weeks ago arrived the day after I posted my review. If anyone out there read my review, please forget about what I said. You can feel safe placing orders with Eloriabeauty

I ordered their shampoo which is still being advertised, December 2025. I have never received the product nor have I received a refund. Every attempt I’ve made comes back as undeliverable or their server rejects the email stating it is spam or has a virus.

I have combination skin that gets shiny by lunchtime. Since I started using this my face is less oily in the afternoon and the bits that were dry and flaky around my nose have calmed down. Didn't expect both problems to improve at once.

Saw it recommended somewhere and took a chance. Three weeks later and it's one of the best things I've added to my skincare. More awake looking skin and my makeup goes on better.

Melasma hasn't disappeared but it has faded noticeably over six weeks. My overall skin tone is better than it's been in a long time. Consistent daily use matters with this one.

Best my skin's been in years. Brighter, more even, and it shows without makeup. The serum is most of the reason for that.

I order lashes and one foundation $34.95 on January 22,2026 still waiting and it’s April and nobody saying anything 😡 so don’t trust this company.

I guess I was scammed. I ordered the shampoo from a YouTube ad. I paid for it and never received it. Btw, this was in freaking December 2025!

Something my wife loved. Delivered on the exact day when I wanted it to be delivered.

Is a fake company. I do a purchase and never send me. I write a e mail and never had a respond. The server is shutdown.

They charged extra money from my credit card and there is no way to cancel.
I try to get my money back and they don't answer my email.
They are fraud.
Do not buy anything from there.

Wrong product sent, when emailed response poor, then no response at all when I challenged. Do not use this company, products are rubbish and not as described

I have tried to cancel the subscription that I some how got looked into. I have 6 bottle of a shampoo that doesn't work. Have no way of calling to cancel and I have email the request to stop shipment. I may have to change my card and dispute with my bank if it doesn't stop.

only wanted to try shampoo one time. Instead they put me on a subcription for product without my knowledge or any information of doing so at the time I ordered the product. Now every week I get shampoo and a charge on my credit card for $44.93. I tried to cancel, but found it impossible, so I called my credit card company instead to stop the charges and to cancel my orders.

I ordered one product! Just received an email they are sending & charging for products NEVER ORDERED! which is pending in my Bank Account.

Tried to reply to the email, comes back NO SUCH EMAIL ADDRESS!

Tried to raise FRAUD CLAIM with my Bank, they staff this can only be done once payment goes through.

BE VERY CAREFUL USING Eloria Beauty!

My Bank NW are not being helpful, I reported it as a FRAUD CASE!

Hello, everyone! I am writting this coment just to avoid another people became a victim of the scam, as I became myself.
Eloria Beauty very well designed SCAM! I ordered 2 bottles Shampoo in size of 220 ml, at $24.95, received a package in three weeks later, shipping from China with 2 bottles travel size of 100 ml each. Was charged, without my permission second time at $44.96 and received 1 bottle travel size 100 ml.
I tried to dispute second charge, but unfortunatelly, they twist you and bank as well!!! So, basically I pad for 3 bottles travel size shampoo, 100 ml each $69.91.

are mysterios, as you emailed as many emails, no one responce from, as messaging as well.

At that address listed 3 Business, I called each of them, nobody was shipping anything to me!!!
Anyway, I wish a powerful channels as YOUTUBE, or Instagramm banned in time that advertising.

I purchased 3 products which never arrived and within 10 days, they took out just under £84.00 for a further 2 items that I never ordered. Repeated requests for a refund has fallen on deaf ears. I keep getting shipping updates but nothing changes. Stay away as this is most definitely a scam

Don’t buy their products, because they put you in the automatic Subscriptions and charge your expensive price without you authorized.

Legal & Regulatory Violations: 1. Unauthorized Charges: The merchant is engaging in "Negative Option Billing," triggering weekly unauthorized charges of approximately $44.96. 2. Mandate Breaches: The site violates 2026 Visa/Mastercard mandates requiring frictionless cancellation and 7-day billing reminders. There is no listed phone number or support email, making cancellation impossible. 3. Misrepresentation: Forensic metadata confirms the use of AI-generated product imagery (confirmed filename: ChatGPT_Image_Aug_26..._PM-removebg-preview.png) rather than real inventory.

Action for Victims: Report this to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre (CAFC) and the Competition Bureau. Provide your bank with the permanent Shopify handle above to ensure a successful chargeback under "Material Misrepresentation."
