Our 5 year old has ASD and it has been a challenge finding a multivitamin that he will take. Finding Ella Olla has been a game changer. We slip it into his water, it's flavorless and he has no idea its in there. He was recently told he had low iron so we also use the Ella Olla Iron with Vit C as well as the probiotic. We will never switch. We know this works and we've seen it!

The product itself is good but the predatory subscription service is a joke!
You cannot cancel the subscription without emailing them and they still continue to take money. Shipping costs are more than a 3rd of the product price and takes 3 weeks to arrive. I have only had the product a week before they took money for the next lot!
Do yourself a favour and find something with less of a hassle.

Product was just ok. Doesn’t dissolve as they claim it does. The worst part the subscription…you have to email to cancel.. no problem. Did that, get the usual offers to try to get you to stay. Still proceed with the cancellation. The next month…bam…they continue to charge you! Even after an email confirming cancellation a month prior. Unfortunately the initial purchase was not worth the hassle.
**Update..After reaching out again I was refunded for the charge after the cancellation. Hopefully I will not be charged anymore in the future.**

I was honestly very skeptical about purchasing the EllaOla Kids Essential Multivitamins because they are on the pricier side. However, after reading so many glowing reviews from other parents, I decided to take the leap and invest in them for my 2-year-old and 4-year-old, who are both speech delayed.Since starting these vitamins, I have personally noticed a massive improvement in both of my children. They are both speaking a lot more, and I can genuinely see a positive difference in their daily communication skills. While I know every child is different and individual results will vary, I can only speak from my firsthand experience and so far, I am incredibly happy. Seeing your children make real progress is absolutely priceless, and I am so glad I gave this brand a chance.

Hard to cancel subscription. My son did not like this vitamin so I went to cancel online. I signed up and they took my money online, but I could not cancel online. You have to send them an e-mail. Shifty business practice which confirms what I thought: These vitamins are a scam at their price point and leave out crucial nutrients that allow for absorbtion. Any company that hopes to keep your business by making it hard to cancel a subscription, deserves none of your money. These are basically the same vitamins at your local pharmacy or grocery store, just in powder form.

EllaOla has the best customer service! They always get back to me quickly and help with whatever I need. We started our son on the men's multivitamin about 2 months ago. He has better moods, less naps and more frequent bowel movements. It's a great way for him to get his fruits, vegetables and vitamins without taste, smell, or texture, etc. we love these vitamins! 💓

I love how sneaky I can be about giving my son his vitamins! 😂 He’s a picky eater, so I’m always looking for ways to make sure he’s getting the nutrients he needs. Since starting EllaOla, I’ve noticed an improvement in his appetite, and he’s full of energy both at home and at school. I feel confident knowing he’s getting important vitamins and nutrients from that little purple envelope! 💜 Amazing product!

They confirmed my order on August 19th. On August 24 it said my oder was on the way, same day it was out for delivery, and delivered also on the same day. No package ever arrived. I check everywhere around my house and with my neighbors. Nothing. They did promptly reply to my email and said they would ship a new one out. Hopefully this one actually arrives. Has anyone else had shipping issues where their order has never arrived?

As a mother of a special needs child that also has extreme oral sensitivity, these vitamins are life changing!

Ella ola had an amazing fast responding and very helpful customer support. They helped me in moments I needed and also I highly recommend their products for the kiddos who have a hard time eating what they need for nutrients!

Our son is level 2 autistic and nonverbal, and he is an extremely picky eater, so getting vitamins into him can be a challenge. These have been such a game changer for us because they’re so easy to add to something he already enjoys. Right now, we mix them into his morning milk and he doesn’t think twice about it! It gives us peace of mind knowing he’s getting the extra nutrients he needs without having to fight him on it every day. Such a convenient option for our family! ❤️

My toddler is super picky. We’re on our second month of Ella Ola and it’s been life changing for the fact that I can put it in about 2 oz of milk (so I know she takes it all) & she has zero idea it’s in there. We’ve tried gummies. We’ve tried liquid. She refused them all-til this one.

I absolutely purchase and recommend these vitamins. I have spent hundreds of dollars on vitamins before finding Ellaola online. Truthfully, I bought the “Teens” vitamin and my son kept forgetting to take them. I started taking them randomly and within 4-6 weeks I started noticing I felt better. I mentioned to my husband, he apparently was also taking them in his coffee. He said he also felt better, so I kept ordering more. Now we get the Teen Vitamin with Iron Supplement, Women’s, and Men’s! Is it worth the money, absolutely!

The product is ok, but they do not allow you to cancel your subscription without emailing them directly. Any subscription you can get into without writing an email should be reversible without one. It's just a rude and underhanded business practice.

Not tasteless, doesn't fully dissolve, and the cancellation process is atrocious. They make it extremely difficult resulting in unwanted orders. Not customer first and just a bad way to do business. Every other subscription service makes it easy to cancel through the website, but here you have to send an email. Then, instead of following the customers direction via said email to "cancel effective immediately", I get an extremely lengthy email trying to convince me to reconsider. I explicitly asked to cancel immediately yet got charged again! Sounds like....theft?

Edit after company response:
They're missing the point. I asked to cancel AS DIRECTED but got charged again. Only after I asked a second time (which was also after this review) did they refund the unauthorized withdrawal.

This magnesium is effective for my son. He has always woken up throughout the night, and he no longer does since taking magnesium. I mix this and the EllaOla multi-vitamin into the very few foods he accepts and he has had zero issues with it. I am grateful that this is the only brand that works for him.

Scam website stay away. Still do not know if my subscription is cancelled. Stay away

What went wrong this time?!
Not the greatest opening line...makes me feel there are millions of others like me unhappy with the non delivery on promises that were no doubt the very reason why we purchased your
"tasteless, odorless, and colorless" products that are "designed to blend into food or drinks without detection"...

BUT DONT.

...have noticed also many replies on here by ellaola to other families expeiencing the same thing that really come off as deflective.
Super sad to see that there is zero accountability for these infact FALSE CLAIMS you have made inregards to many of your products...it doesnt stop here though...

Poor customer service continually seems to be experienced and reported on...

Many many reviews stating people were unknowingly locked into subscriptions due to the cheeky website layout making it quite tricky to only make a "one time" purchase...

WHO HAS THE TIME FOR ALL OF THIS - NOT GOOD ENOUGH ELLAOLA AUSTRALIA USA...WHAT EVER YOU ARE!!!

I expect a full refund please and I sadly would not recommend the brand to others even if they were non-arfid sufferers...your company is just taking the piss if im honest out of those that are desperate for help.

I HAVE SWAMPED THEIR PURPORTED CONTACT TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRITION. N0T A CALL, EMAIL, NOR ACKNWOLEDGEMENT. THEY KEEP SENDING THE MERCHANDISE.
