Do **NOT** use this company. They’ll tell you one thing in the morning, then completely yank it away by the afternoon—suddenly claiming they can’t deliver what they explicitly promised. It’s infuriating. What makes it worse is that you can do *everything* they ask—respond instantly, provide every document, jump through every hoop—and they’ll still turn around and blame you for their own failures. The goalposts keep moving, the communication is inconsistent, and accountability is nonexistent. Save yourself the wasted time, stress, and disruption. This company will string you along and then leave you hanging when it matters most. You deserve far better than this level of incompetence and disregard.

**As follow up to what they said: the person I was working told me in the morning she could submit everything to get this done for me. And then 7.5 hours later she wrote back saying it was not possible. That is deplorable customer service - to get someone's hopes and then pull the rug out!
My recommendation stands - SAVE YOURSELF! Save yourself work, time and major stress!
