I've been buying from Elyssi for a while now because I like that I can save pieces to my wishlist and come back when I'm ready. My latest dress fit beautifully and looked just like it did online. One order was mixed up a few months ago, but customer support stayed kind, kept me updated and sorted everything out much faster than I expected. That experience actually made me trust the store even more because they handled the mistake instead of avoiding it.

I found a jacket at a good price and the whole order was straightforward. Delivery updates were clear and the jacket arrived looking just like the photos.
