We are truly sorry to read that we were unable to meet your expectations on this occasion - this is not the standard we hold ourselves to, and we take it very seriously.
We sincerely apologise for the discomfort experienced on your return journey from Cambridge to London. As I mentioned over the phone, this was an unfortunate and entirely unpredictable incident. Given the exceptional heat during the week of 20th June, the vehicle's air-conditioning system ran out of refrigerant mid-journey, something we could not have foreseen. Had we known, we would never have dispatched that vehicle for your trip. The S-Class was serviced and fully rectified the following day.
We care deeply about our clients and always go the extra mile. As you kindly acknowledged during our call, your chauffeur demonstrated exactly that throughout the journey. As you can also see from our Trustpilot reviews, this is the first incident of this nature in our history, reflecting the consistent standards we strive to uphold.
As I mentioned over the phone, for us it has never been about the money - it is about meeting our clients' expectations and building relationships for life.
As a sincere gesture of apology, we have issued a full refund for the journey, which should be credited to your card within 7 business days.
We very much hope to have the opportunity to serve you again and demonstrate the 5-star experience we are proud to be known for.

Absolute perfection for our CXO retreat!
We recently hosted a major CXO retreat for our company, and we needed transportation that was nothing short of flawless for our VIP customers. EG Chauffeurs absolutely crushed it. The cars were immaculate—seriously, next-level clean and luxurious. Every single chauffeur was dressed impeccably and delivered top-notch, superior service from start to finish.
We have to give a massive shoutout to the owner, Ervin. Working directly with him was a dream. He was incredibly hands-on, readily available at all times, and kept us constantly updated on the status of every single driver. When you're managing multiple VIPs, that kind of communication is a lifesaver.
The feedback we received from our customers was overwhelmingly positive. If you need professional, elite transportation, Ervin and his team are the only way to go. We couldn't recommend them more highly!

I had an excellent experience with EG Chauffeurs V-Class on April 1st. The service from London Stansted Airport to Paddington was absolutely flawless.
The driver was punctual, professional, and very courteous. The Mercedes V-Class was spotless, spacious, and extremely comfortable—perfect after a long journey. Everything was handled smoothly, from the airport pickup to the drop-off, with great attention to detail.
