I ordered lilac PUMA shoes and they came in too small for me. The next size up, 39 wasn't available till a week later. I was much more than 14 days sending the wring size back but was met with politeness and helpfulness, my new pair was sent to me as soon as they got the old ones back and they are perfect. thanks Edie!!
